you would ruin the properties of butters and oils long before hitting a flash point. Flash point is the lowest possible temp that an oil will spontaneously combust when introduced to a spark, and really has nothing to do with melting them. (and is more commonly used and needed to know for shipping purposes in case they would be shipped airborne) 

 

Here is a chart that will probably help answer your question better than I can. However, this is for cooking - but it will give you the smoke point (no flash point associated with them, but that would be higher even still)
