chrisasst
I bought the base, etc... from NG. what/who do I put on the label as far as the manufacture or distributor?
Faerywren
Why do you need to put a manufacturer or distributor name on the label? If it is a product you made, even from a base, you are the manufacturer, so your name or your company's name is sufficient along with the ingredients used. What is the product? chrisasst
Sorry, it is a lotion base. Fda requires a manufacturer / distributor to be put on label correct?
Faerywren
I have never put a manufacturer on the label of my products. I used lotion base also. I only put the ingredients and the weight.

Faerywren
I put my company's name on my label, which is the manufacturer's name. Even though I use a base, I've added fo etc to the base and I distribute it for sale. I have never seen a crafter list the company where the base was purchased on their label.
Candlefun
chrisasst, I read the links you provided, and I didn't see where you have to name the manufacturer of your ingredients. If you make the product, you are the manufacturer and do not need to tell your customers from where you source your ingredients.
afewthingz
On my labels, I put the name of my business (manufacturer), I also have the ingredients listed as well. On the bottom, I add label the date the product was made.
