Flavoring for lip balms and such- Is this one ok?

I found this in the store the other day. Think it is ok to use, but want to run it past you all before I mix up a batch.

It is non-alcohol flavoring. Found it with the extracts. Ingredients are Castor oil, flavoring, and vitamin E. Was $2.50 for a 2oz bottle.

I should be able to add some sweetener and be good to go, right?

I'd say so- I've used those Lorann flavor oils you find at the pharmacy (used to make kids medicine taste less yucky) and they worked just fine...so this should, too!
