slaztoo Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Hey!I have a request for a candle that smells like a cedar closet. Any suggestions? I haven't tried any cedar fo so I'm clueless. Does Peak's smell like a cedar closet? Thanks in advance!!Karen:D Quote
lindsaycb Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 I have some cedar fo if you'd like to try it first. Its not Peaks, I'd have to check, but I could send you a sniffie...or the whole bottle. Quote
LauraAndrews Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 I made Christmas candles with a scent called Christmas Cedarwood from Candlescience. It's very nice! They describe it as "fresh fruit and berries on a soothing background of cedarwood." I really cannot smell the fruit or berries, just the cedarwood, but it's a very pleasant scent. People really liked it and wanted more, so I am going to keep it and rename it "Sweet Cedarwood." I was so pleased with Candlescience's customer service, their prices, their quality--everything!-- so would definitely recommend this one. Laura Quote
AngelaVA Posted January 6, 2006 Posted January 6, 2006 Nature's Garden has one. I haven't tried it, but I love the other FOs I have from there. Here's the description:A warm earthy scent of cedar, with base notes of vanilla and musk. For use in candles, potpourri, incense, bath and body products, and melt and pour soap. Flash point 190F. Color suggestion for a 4 pound batch of candles: 1/2 inch brown color block + 1/8 inch red color block. Quote
