I know the Stephenson Goat Milk Soap Base with SLES is amazing- way less drying than SFIC, probably because the ph is lower and my skin loves low ph even though I make high ph soaps. They are known for having the best "clear" base on the market but I haven't tried that one. I like the bases I have tried from them. They seem to be good quality and I have tried a lot of bases out there.But I have not tried the natural shea butter. Is it supposed to be sulfate free? Is that why they call it "natural"? I decided to stay with SFIC 's GM base...found a recipe (thanks Candybee!) that works great with it. I'll try it in the near future though and see what the differences are.
