Donita your work studio is my idea of heaven, mess or not. I also have to store my stuff in big containers and move it from place to place to place. Soon I am going to have a whole room inside for my candlemaking and I am so excited about it. It will make candlemaking much more pleasurable not having to unpack and pack up each time and also give me more energy to do more. I guess we all work around what we have available to us and probably all want more than what we've got.

They are beautiful candles - I'm just going to have to try that now - you've inspired me.

They are spot on - fantasmagorical!

I love the colours Mozzie, especially the blue, it's so intense and electric!

I love your black raspberry vanilla candles, they are superb.

"Scented" inspired me to have a go after seeing her lovely wiggle candles. I can't find her instructions so here goes: After pouring the layer you want to wiggle, wait until it has set on top but still warm and then gently push down on the side of the mold with a spoon handle or something similar. The trick is to not push down too hard, just hard enough to get the wiggle. Then pour your next layer and let that set but still warm and do the same. Have a go and let me know how you get on.

I couldn't agree more - Peaks have been excellent with all of my orders and they ship them to Australia in a very timely fashion in perfect condition.

I'd definitely have bought some of THOSE. They look fabulous and I would have run out of money at your stall.

:yay:I like the way it turned out and would still have given it to my sister. I test my colours by putting some wax into a small aluminium muffin tin, about 1 cm deep. I then put the muffin tin in a glass of cold water (it floats) and it sets very quickly. So far I've found this to be the most accurate test, as everything else I've tried doesn't seem to represent the finished colour as well.

Wow, I want to make candles like that!

I love these, especially your blue ones. I haven't mastered the rustic look yet and mine tend to turn out way too "clean" looking. To be able to do rustic and layered at the same time, is definitely talented in my book.

Hi Julie,
I loved your candles, especially the log cabin ones. I bet the fragrance is fabulous from your description. You've inspired me to try more rustic candles.

Hi Cybersix, I loved your candles, especially the draped one. The colours look good together. Jo
Hi, my name is Sabrina, I'm italian, so please forgive me for my english!I make candles form my own, and they're not perfect.. but I wanted to show you some of them and maybeall you "scientist" could tell me something about! I've not named them, they are non scented: in Italy there's no way to find all kind of waxes and materials as I see on american site.
Thanks for looking at my job. All of yours candles are great!!!

I love the white ones with red on top. A pillar is just a taller votive so if you can make these beauties, you can do anything.
