  1. Well you all made me do it!!!!! Placed an order for Autumn Evening, sugar cookie, lemon and lime zest, blueberry blastoff, and amish harvest. Hope they all do well in soy.
  2. I am using CD 10 wick in a 12oz jj with mix of CB Advanced and J223 10% FO. The wicks look they are dancing around, they seem to be fluttering around alot. Any ideas from anybody or is this normal?

  4. Does anybody use coconut oil or crisco to improve hot throw. If so how much per pound. I am using cb advanced.

  8. How do you figure what to charge for whoesale. I charge $12.00 for my jar candles, what would I charge for wholesale? Any help is appreciated. Tammy

    Tarts

    Does anyone put a warning label or melting instructions on their tarts? Also what do most sell their tarts for and also the clamshells. Just started making these and not sure what to sell them for. Hallmark sells their tarts for 1.99 and they are only .8 oz. Thanks Tammy
  10. Thanks for the replies. I have been testing for months and months and have spent many dollars doing this. I AM ready to sell that was the reason for the questions. Can anyone tell me where to look for insurance.
  11. I am just starting out making candles, jar and tarts. Can anybody give me information on what I need to do to get started. Do I need insurance and where to get it. Do I have to collect sales tax. Do I need a business name. I will be just selling at craft shows. I also want to sell tart warmers, anything I need to know about that. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Tammy
