Their new Hayride is excellent and really does smell like the fresh country fields with bales of hay and green grassy notes. I have not had one disappointment from NG and highly recommend them!

Have to agree with sbs ... NG Butt Naked is simply stunning!

I'd leave it particularly as you live in an area rich with history. Even if you are selling online I don't think it would present a problem if you are also putting up scent descriptions as well. I rename a lot of mine and put up descriptions and so far, so good.

Thanks Tammy for the heads-up but they do not stock any of the ones I am interested in. Also I have found it cheaper, even with international shipping, to buy from overseas as a lot of companies here have horrific mark-ups! Natural Candle Supply I see are putting 300 - 400% mark up on their stuff! I deal with Big Tree here as they are the only reliable company I have found in Oz (and they don't dilute the fragrances) but prefer in the main to buy direct from the USA. Thanks for your help ... and if you do have good experiences with Aussie companies please let me know as I am always willing to check a company out!

It's a pity they won't ship internationally .. they would have a good customer in me. Oh well if companies want to be narrow-minded about international shipping then I will just have to stick to the ones that will do it (not referring to flashpoints here as I know there are restrictions on those ... just those companies that won't even take the time to work out how easy it is to ship overseas). They sound like they have some fantastic oils!

Sweet Orange and Chilli Pepper is fantastic BUT it really isn't a straight orange. There is a very definite spicy note in there and that is one of the reasons it sells well for me ... a lot of my customers comment on the spiciness and love it. The truest, juiciest and freshest orange scent I have found is SW California Navel Orange. All our noses are different so you are going to get lots of different opinions ... good luck in finding one that is perfect for you!

Debra I understand what you are saying ... the global economy is making it difficult for a lot of people. Here is Australia we are faced by similar challenges. I would just like to point out though that I believe it is times like this that companies NEED to keep up and even improve their customer service skills as they need to keep their customers in order to stay afloat. If we move on to other companies because the service we are getting is below standard we are not likely to return. I don't mean suppliers not having everything in stock when you need it ... I understand those sort of business challenges. I am referring to my issues with TCS here ... lack of communication, promised emails not being forthcoming, staff being totally clueless when you get to talk to someone (not knowing how to calculate postage for example). These are basic customer service skills which should be kept up to par. I guess what I am saying is if I have money I am prepared to spend with a company and they show no interest in taking it then I have to wonder what they are even doing in business in the first place. I just hope the economy improves for everyone worldwide soon ... we are living in very challenging times.

What a wonderful way to honour your father's memory! The one that jumped out at me was Angel. Angel - Natures Garden has a fragrance called Guardian Angel which is a blend of soft rose petals, baby breath, and white flowers, with perfect accents of clove, nutmeg, patchouli, sandalwood, and Madagascar vanilla that would be perfect! Same here ... no response to emails. I phoned them (international call for me) and the woman on the phone was clueless and did not email me the answer to my query as she promised. Terrible customer service!

It sounds like a scam to me too. If I ordered from a company and then found out they had outsourced my order they would lose my custom. I order from someone because I like their products and I, personally, would be very annoyed to discover someone else had produced my order.

Love the one from NG ... have you tried theirs?

I have bought the Daystar one and it is very good! I use it in M&P soaps, whipped suds and body butters and the scent stays true and I can really recommend it.
