Sounds like everyone is busy! I have been testing my wax melts and poured a batch of Pumpkin Crunch Cake last night. I want to do a couple batches tonight but I am really tired so we'll see.

I've noticed on their facebook page that many people are requesting it to come back, so maybe they'll bring it back.

It doesn't matter that the wax heated to over 200, just let it cool to the desired temp and it will be fine.

I just saw this. Thanks for that info. That's exactly what I did but I panicked a bit because I didn't think it was supposed to go over 200 degrees for some reason. I haven't tested the scent yet so we'll see.

I get so many requests like that on Etsy. I just ignore them. This isn't with candle stuff but my hair accessories. I don't send anything for free to anyone unless I know them or they are a reputable business. I wouldn't count on youtube as a good way to advertise.

There are so many other ways to get the word out about your business. You have amazing candles that look like they sell themselves!

I should have posted the wax in the first post. I am using a blend of Ecosoya xcel and Ecosoya PB. So far all of my scents have had a good scent for at least 14 hrs.

I tried it a couple ways too but decided this is the look I wanted. I bought labels that fit that way because I wanted the color of the melts to show more.

I realized afterward that I forgot to put the Net wt. on them. This was just a test.

I have a Presto Pot too and I'm so glad I got one. I've only been doing 8 oz at a time for testers, but I know it's going to be great for when I need more too. I got mine from Walmart online. I don't intend to put a spigot on it though. With these smaller batches, I just pour the wax straight into a pour pot. I haven't been using the lid.

I'm still getting the hang of it though.

Thank you!!! I am loving this so far. I did another batch last night and my Presto Pot heated much quicker than it had with the other batches so my wax heated to well over 200. Not sure that batch will turn out very well.

The scent is Monkey Farts . I let my kids pick which one to do first.

I turned it off over night because I am paranoid about leaving it on while I sleep. I turned it back on this morning at 8:30 and I can still smell it. I say this is a winner! I've had to open my windows today since it's a warm day so the smell may not be as strong.

I am so excited!!! Now to test the next one

I have the liquid dyes from Lonestar and so far I am really liking the colors. I've only done 3 though. lol.

It's 10 pm here and those 2 cubes have been burning strong since 12:30 this afternoon! I'm pretty happy so far!

I have been to that site before. Their prices are really really high compared to where I get my wax. And they didn't have the wax I chose to work with. Their case of wax is almost $30 more than Brambleberry's.

I'm in Oregon, a bit south of Salem.

I have 2 cubes from a clamshell in my warmer. It's been on for about 3.5 hours and they are pretty strong. I think that's good so far. I think. lol.

Well, now after an hour or so, my whole apartment smells lovely! I am burning Monkey Farts from NG.

So, I'm testing my first tarts. It's only been 2 days for the one I am testing so maybe I should have let it cure longer.

Anyway, When you're testing your tarts, how many do you put in the warmer at a time? Right now I just put one cube in and I can just smell it in the room it's in and a little down the hallway. It's been in for about 20 minutes. My apartment is only 940 sq ft, so I assume it should smell up my whole place.

Nobody can compete with Walmart. I don't see them as competition at all. It's annoying that they have to jump on every bandwagon and sell things cheap.

The thing that Walmart doesn't have is YOU. Be the best customer service person you can be and knock their socks off. Walmart will never have that.

Hopefully the soy additive will help with your frosting issues. It took me forever to choose a wax and then when I chose, I wanted a supplier close too. The closest was in Washington though. Shipping wasn't terrible.
