I, too, am a major fan of BNL/BCN Cucumber Melon. the old Alabaster carried Cucumber Melon also and to my nose it was exactly the same of BNL/BCN. I have not tried Community Candle's CM since their taking over Alabaster, but she did say her oils are the same. Anyway -- since Community has so many great ones, I just wanted to mention that the CM might be worth a sample.

BTW - are there any strong "true" non-candy watermelons out there?

Well, the other day I did a Q Tip test of several FOs suggested by rctfavr3 (including MW's Sugar Cookie Royale) and it smelled awesome in the jar. Made a candle from it and the cold throw is nada. Will burn it over the weekend to see if anything good comes from it.

But I do have to order from Candle Source soon, so I will check into that ButterScotch Candies.

If nothing ends up working, I will just make my toffee be a coffee based scent.

Try Community Candle Supply. I think it's renamed "Shakespeare's Dream" or something. I've gotten it in the past and it's very nice.

I have this, too. First impression is that it's just a vanilla smell? I am not picking up a 'cookie' from this one. Kinda sad. :undecided

Definitely pick up a sample of Country Christmas. It's so good!

I would suggest Home Sweet Home, Creme Brulee or Butter Crunch (smell the same to me), Kudzu, Country Clothesline (smells like NG's Fresh Linen).

Maybe next time you should think twice before asking for "everyone's opinions" to then just turn around and act pompous to those who give opinions you don't like.

I still stand by what I told you. It depends and I prefer the suppliers who offer a choice. You don't like to hear that? Oh well
