  1. Does anyone use this FO? I bought it based off the reviews on their site .. and while it's great OOB, I'm getting absolutely no throw at all in my wax. Very disappointed!! Maybe it's my wax, so I am wondering if you get a great throw in your wax? (if you do, I'll keep trying in other waxes). Thanks for feedback
  2. Just saw this message. Definitely on the candied side. I use it in a blend mixture . I don't think I've ever found a scent of the actual fruit raspberry unfortunately
  3. The Peak Birthday Cake is the BC I use and definitely recommend it. From Keystone, the only other FO I've tried is the Salty Sea Air which I also recommend. I'd love to hear more recs!!! So what's the deal with the Peak FOs being sold from Fragrance Buddy? Are those not really *the* Peak FOs since it's only keystone that bought the Peak inventory and formulas? (and by the way - if Peak remains in business - aren't they essentially competing against themselves being that another supplier sells their stuff??!!)
  4. the nicest, most realistic peach I've found was Peaches and Cream from Aztec. OOB smelled just like taking a bite, complete with fuzz. Sadly, I can't get a throw worth a damn. For raspberry, I like BCN Raspberry Burst
  5. I'm sure you've read the new update that Peak is not closing. But regardless if they remain opened or not - FB and Keystone (and perhaps others) are carrying the Peak FOs. So - the fact that the oils are available at these other suppliers confuses me. Why or how is this be possible if Peak closed? In other words - is the fact that Peak is open even relevant, since the oils are still sold at places other than Peak?
  6. I'm confused. Doesn't Keystone (and maybe even FB) sell Peak's FOs? Or are you guys saying that even Keystones will no longer be carrying the fragrances?
  7. I love BC oils. Basil Sage Mint Spiced Cranberry Vanilla Grapefruit Yuletide Pump Up the Jam Coconut Lime Wildberry Zinger Tea Butter Rum All Spice Citrus Splash But the website and their message board are the absolute pits
  8. Am I the only one who thinks this is just a fruity orange? Bittercreek's Citrus Splash smells just like the various Volcano samples I have. ??? Is my nose missing something?
  9. Can anyone try to dupe the Tennesee's version? I've never had it but it sounds like it is a "must". I recently poured Flaming's Apples and Cinnamon and gave it to someone to test. They said it was good/strong and smelled fairly accurate to what an apples and cinnamon should be ....
  10. Thanks, everyone. 🌻
  11. Thanks Shari. I have a bad feeling about them also even though the scents I used were fantastic. Do you know which companies (besides Keystone )have duped the Peak scents? Thanks!
  12. Hey there....I know that another company (can't remember who at the moment) bought the Peak fragrances and you can get them from there.... but now that Peak has opened again, is anyone using them? I just don't know if I should buy from the one who took over their scents .... or if I should use Peak. What do you all think? thanks!
  13. Thanks, EllaJoan. I am actually testing a few scents I got from WSP (didn't get Tulip, darn!) Will place another order though. Thank you
  14. Hi. Is there a strong and true Tulip scent out there? Tried NG's and it doesn't seem authentic... thanks for any suggestions!!
  15. I'm very late but I have had great success with Nana's Apple Butter from Just Scent (though not an apple pie which I still yearn to find or mix on my own)
  16. had unbiased noses sniff about 5 raspberry FOs for me and most of the people chose BCN's Raspberry Burst as the best one, without seeing each other or conversing with each other at all
  17. Darbla, have you tried Children's Room from RE and/or NG? OOB, both of them make me think of Love's Baby Soft
  18. Its not like any other Country Christmas I have smelled, so if another supplier offers the oil, it might be under a different name. Definitely not Spiced Cranberry, like you said Grama. Its a sweet/tangy blend... more of a "sparkling" fruit kind of smell than a spice. I have a little bit under 2 pounds left, but not happy its discontinued. For anyone who is interested - get a pound... its on sale for about 10 or 11 dollars (probably until supplies last...). I will go search the Fragrance Twins thread and or maybe I can try mixing up my own blend in time for next Fall. lol
  19. So exasperated to learn yet another FO has been discontinued. At this point, I have had to discontinue about 10 of my scents due to suppliers not providing the oils anymore. For those who used or who are familiar with Country Christmas from Just Scent - do you know of another supplier who offers something that smells like it? Thanks!
  20. I've only ever used BCN's... its very strong and the fans of floral scents love it. Repeat requests
  21. I understand not being allowed to use other people's photos, but I'm still confused by the scent names being used. Suppliers that some of us purchase from (Just Scent, BCN, etc..) - why are they allowed to sell the FOs with Trademarked names? I just don't understand it. Does anyone know? Also - how can a common name (such as Sugar Cookie) be trademarked in the first place? If this has already been posted and commented upon, I'm sorry -- is there a link of the conversation so I can get clarity?
  22. Lots of those sound so good! Thank you for the wonderfully descriptive reviews! Gonna try me some Mountain Leaves....
  23. Is this a scent that you think could be renamed to "Rainforest"? (or in the right direction to come up with a blend for a rainforest?)
  24. Late in replying, but the concept of Grandma's Kitchen can be so many things! Tea/Coffee/Spice. Or Apples/Cinnamon. Or Vanilla/Cookie/Crust. I love BCN's (which is very apple pie-ish). Can you ask your account what he/she has in mind? That way - if it's a Blueberry Pie smell -- you will know what to do or narrow it down....
