Been sick with bronchitis and haven't been posting in a while, but am feeling somewhat better and wanted to share a couple of soap pix.
Apples and Oats - Added Ground Oats, scented with Apple & Oak FO from BNL.
Emu Facial Bar - Unscented - Added Silk Fibers, Coconut Milk and a bit of DSM.
Thanks for looking.

I never go over 25% if I am using PKO alone. If I am using a combo of PKO and CO, then I go 17% PKO, 8% CO. I personally like the combo better, but that is just me.
Hope that helps.

I use the INCI names for all my bath and body products, except soap. I was told that lip balm is a cosmetic, therefore, it should be labeled as such.

1-2% in leave-on products.
For soaps, I use .5-.7 oz. ppo

Their gorgeous! And I know they smell wonderful...I just love that scent.

Say my recipe needed 9 oz of water. I would take 3 oz of that water amount, set it aside, then in the 6 oz. of water, I would dissolve my lye. Now with the 3 oz. I put aside, I would add 2-3 tablespoons of milk powder, either stick blend or whisk, beat the heck out of it so there are no clumps.
I then put this in the fridge and start working on my soap. When I hit light-medium trace, I take the goat milk slurry out of the fridge, whisk it, then add it to the soap mixture. I use a slotted spoon at this point to incorporate the GM into all of the soap mixture. I then pour into the mold.

Landa, I have used goat milk Powder and buttermilk powder in my soap. (CP)
Never had a problem. I made a slurry, then I added it a trace.

WOW!!!!!!!! Super job! Gorgeous!
I discount all the time....but if I have a FO that is prone to accelerate, I use full water.

Penny, those look fabulous!
Did you use real coconut on the second one?
Thanks for the compliment, but no, I used shredded soap to give it the coconut effect.
Thank you, too, Landa. I am very tempted to take a bite out of the GM & Honey one.

This one is Goat Milk and Honey - Unscented, but smells just like honey graham crackers.
Next is Spicy Lime and Coconut.
