  1. Is it necessary to cure again if you had to remelt and repour? Ur help is appreciated,Thank you.
  2. I been testing and testing and searched the forums. I belive i understand what wet spots are on a candle but I'm unclear as to what are Air Pockets wich can affect the burning qualities of the finished product unlike wetspots wich are mostly cosmetic. How would I know if the candle has them (air pockets) and how can I correct it? I am having wick issues and want to cover all the bases. TIA, Big time newie here.
  3. I love craft shows and from a customer perspective (at least me) i think your unique tarts will draw attention and if the price was competable with the plain clam shells, I would buy the tarts. If price was the deciding factor for me and I just wanted something great smelling to melt a plain clamshell/tart would do. HTH
  4. Maybe the reason you need to wick down could be you are not using Dyes or addatives were others are. I know nothing about candles but been testing a different type wax and was having very similar problems. Good Luck. Hope the new wick works out for you.
  5. Very good question, I was wondering about them too. They are about $50 little too much for me right now, just to find out not applicable for candle making.
  6. Hello, to every one here. Finally had the courge to join after many days of reading, and reading several of the information posts. I am glad i came across this forum, from what I can tell theres so much to learn.
