  1. I know I'm a little late, but I was thinking "Lily Lane Candles" or "Lily Lane Candle Co." have a nice ring.
  2. I'm getting ready to place and order with Just Scent. I find their list of fragrances so overwhelming! Do you have any recommendations for soy?
  3. I'm not sure how your site is constructed, but would it be possible for you to keep the source code even though your host is shutting down? That way you wouldn't have to completely start from scratch. What kinds of features are currently built into your site?
  4. I agree, my experience is that you have a much nicer result with C-3 when you pour at a higher temperature. Also, I figure out how many containers I'm going to fill with one pitcher and I pour each one about a third of the way full, then I circle back and pour until each is two thirds full, then I top them all off with the final third. I've found that this allows time for air bubbles to escape so not as many get trapped. Maybe it's just my imagination but I really think this makes a difference. Give it a try and let me know if you think it helps.
  5. I'm not sure how it does in soap, but CS has a very realistic peach.
  6. The are beautiful. I love the colors. I would have guessed you've been doing this for quite some time!
  7. Okay, I poured a few tumblers tonight. It didn't seem particularly strong after I added it to the wax. I think I may have picked up on a little bit of saltiness like Darbla mentioned, although I probably wouldn't have noticed it on my own. My husband picked up a slight bit of menthol, which again I wouldn't have noticed on my own. It is interesting how everyone notices something a little different. I'll let you know what my verdict is after a few days. I think it is better than I initially thought, but I'm not sure if I love it as much as I hoped to.
  8. Has anyone tried CS Palm Tree in soy? It seems way too sweet out of the bottle and I'm wondering how it does in wax. I'm considering mixing it with something on the more tart side to cut some of the sweetness. Any ideas?
  9. I agree - Candlescience White Tea is great. I recently ordered about 30 different scents during their sample sale and this was one of my very favorites and I'm not even a tea person. My husband and all of my co-workers really like it as well.
  10. Here were the ones that were big surprises for me: White Tea Sage & Pomegranie Both of these have a very nice cold throw . I have yet to burn them though.
  11. It's interesting that so many people rave about the Cedarwood Vanilla. I bought about 30 different scents in april during the .99 sale and this was the only one I didn't really care for oob. I haven't done anything with it yet because I actually found something about it quite repulsive. What am I missing? It sounds like others have liked it oob.
