  1. I like CS the best too. It's beautiful.
  2. I can not believe I did not order this sooner....wow what a great fragrance. It has such a wonderful blend of floral and musk that I just want to put it in everything!!! Testing in my 464 now and it's great! I wish I would have ordered more than just a sample....I would love to see how it behaves in CP!!
  3. I hated Sage and Pomegranate at first especially OOB..but finally put it in some wax and OMG it's one of my favorites. It may be worth a second look sometime.
  4. Baby wipes are the best for everything...as a mom with a 5 year old and a 6 month old I have an abundance of baby wipes. Any kind will work. I also use my coffee kitchen scrub soap it takes the scent out.
  5. Can't wait for my order to get here...patiently waiting. Will be here monday. I ordered a large bottle of Jamacian me crazy...glad I did..and more Oakmoss and amber....love this scent. I can't wait to put the oakmoss in some CP for my DH.
  6. I have started designing a website with weebly also.. so far I really like it. There is a limit to the customization right now but I emailed them and they are hoping to allow more cutomization in the near future. I pay for my own domain name through domainzoo. Anyway try out weebly I think you will like it a lot.
  7. I am going to CP some of my Mediterranean Fig this weekend. We'll see how it does! Plus I need to work on candles too....so I'm doing a bit of both. If my kids will let me.
  8. I may have to give Fillmore's Honeysuckle a try. I have jars to get this week. I didn't even think of them....duh brain fart.
  9. Soy327--cucumber melon was a dream to work with. I used the one from Peaks and I was even able to use the stick blender a tiny bit with the FO. No DC no ACC Perfect FO! IT goes in my Rocks in CP soap bin! Cedar--I didn't think of it that way...thanks!
  10. Bummer...glad i didn't order the honeysuckle then. I still have yet to find one that smells true to me. I have 5 honeysuckle vines in my yard....I love honeysuckle. Sadly I can not find one that is true enough. May have to try the ones from JS or MC.
  11. Thanks everyone....now that they have sat for a few days the color is getting much brighter and is looking better. I caught my DH trying to take a bar to the shower....umm hunny it's not ready to use yet....he was bummed!
  12. Aint that the truth. My melting and pouring procedures change a little with each season. I use 464 and LOVE it. I tried a few different waxes when I first started and this is the one I loved and worked the best in my environment. I pour very very cool, and cool very very slow. Keep at it...take excellent notes...and try not to pull all of your hair out!! good luck
  13. Ohhhh I love those! Beautiful.
  14. Thanks for the complements. I am going to try a different technique next time. In the meantime it is a blast practicing!!!
  15. Congrats on your first show! Sometimes public speaking can be hard. I have the opposite problem as I tend to talk to much. I am excited to start parties. I have a few people who are already on a list to do a party once I open up shop. I am almost there!!!! Good luck and remember once you do a few it will become second nature.
  16. It did not turn out very good...but not bad for first try. I used green mica and Cucumber melon FO. I didn't get the swirl quite right...but it's ok, just need some more practice. Thanks for looking!
  17. I have to have new oils...not...going to get some anyway though.
  18. Love Day at the spa- strong in my 464 can't wait to try in CP def lemony Oakmoss and amber- LOVE in my 464, very masculine I mostly get the oakmoss, but I still love it Violet Lime- wonderful in 464, medium scent but very clean and soapy smelling Blueberry cheesecake Wildberry Mousse Med Fig Moon Lake Musk-love love love Sage & Pomegranate- almost didn't even test this one....glad I finally did. I love it so clean and crisp. Did not like Pear glace Buttercream Fig Tree Hawiian Breeze-thought it would be more tropical, nice scent, but I smelled more floral Bird of Paradise-maybe just me but all i could smell was coconut
  19. Thanks for that bit of advice...that's a great idea! I only made a 2 lb batch and checked on it today...looks ok...just not beautiful. I will probably end up re-batching it. But it smells delicious! I used Bert's Tropical Fruit....FYI..it seizes.
  20. I soaped last night and the Fo made it seize. Soaped cool, no discount. First time with this FO, glad I made a small batch. May have to do my first rebatch too!! We'll see what the soap looks like later. Now I know for next time to either not use that FO or work with thinner trace and no stick blender.
  21. Due to being pregnant I didn't make soap for quite a while. I finally got to make a small batch last night (now that my darling baby girl is 5 months old), and wouldn't you know I couldn't find my box of molds. It took me longer to construct a small mold out of a soy milk container and hard cardboard last night than it took me to make the actual soap. LOL. Starting working...and of course almost forgot the FO!
  22. I need that much room!! My DH keeps "voicing his concerns" that I am taking up too much of the kitchen. I "voiced my opinion" that maybe he could build me a workshop and then I would be out of the way. ...awwww to dream.
  23. OMG! In aww over here. I think that is the most beautiful soap I've ever seen. I would have a heck of a time using it! It's so pretty!!
