  3. I wish I had a dollar store near me! But I always have to order things online. Pretty sure these would still be cheaper than $1 ea. even with shipping though. ~Michelle~
  4. I did some more looking around and there might be some nice animals for dipping. I've never done dipped critters so I don't know what size and material works best, but I found these: Plush Realistic Holiday Dogs! Assorted styles as pictured. These dogs will capture your customers hearts. Each with a stocking and santa hat. Measures 7". You may receive a random assortment of styles. $1.71 ea Plush "Jesus Is Deer To Me!" Reindeers. These friendly reindeers carry a felt wreath. Each includes a gift tag and measure 7". (If it matters to anyone, I think the only reference to Jesus is on the tag.) 1.09 ea
  5. They're from dollar days. If you guys see anything else that I may have missed that you think people would be interested in, let me know! Thanks! ~Michelle~
  6. Anyone interested in splitting an order of gift baskets or bath poufs with me? The baskets are .49 each plus shipping from 54552. If there's enough interest, I'll move this over to co-ops. Looking to order later this week. There's free shipping to me if we reach $200. No hostess fee unless we decide to go ahead with less then $200. These are the 2 baskets I am considering: Both in red only. I plan on spray painting mine black. 8" Oval shaped wire basket with heart-shaped handles. Aprox. 3 3/4 " deep. Case is 120. I probably only want 20. 8" Round wire basket with heart-shaped handles. 3 3/8" deep. Case is 120. I probably only want 20. And white bath poufs. 25 in a case. .47 ea
  7. That's what I thought but I wasn't sure if you were supposed to follow the rule of burning 1 hour per diameter of the container. Thanks for letting me know. Now I know how I should test these. ~Michelle~
  8. I have a request for tealights. I've never used them myself so I don't know how they are supposed to burn. Are you supposed to let them burn up all at once or extinguish after an hour? Thanks for your help! ~Michelle~
  9. Just thought I'd share that you can get $1 shipping from dollar days on stuff .49 and cheaper when you buy the case. So far I've found some bath poufs and baskets. They also have loads of gift bags, etc. Take a look http://www.dollardays.com/n-113/wholesale-dollarstore.html ~Michelle~
  10. I guess I should specify, the labels are for my smaller containers in my b&b line. Not all the info fits on one label. Originally I was gonna put my contact info on the back but then I wondered if it would be missed. ~Michelle~
  11. If I have a front and back label, should I put my contact info on the front or the back. What do you guys do? Thanks! ~Michelle~
  12. Did anyone try calling the 800 # for Jean Charles Inc that was listed on the hgtv website? I e-mailed someone selling the soaps with the snowglobe balls and surprisingly, she e-mailed me back and said she got them from Jean Charles Inc and even gave me the #. I'll try calling tomorrow and see if they still have them. She said it's been 2 years since she ordered. Worth a shot. I'll keep you posted. ~Michelle~
  13. But these do. http://www.rinovelty.com/Search.asp?searchtype=ANY&keywords=dolphin+water
  14. I'm pretty sure these aren't filled with water. ~Michelle~
  15. I knew there had to be something!! My neck thanks you! ~Michelle~
  16. Has anyone done this? Is there a way to flip the template so it's horizontal and not verticle? I know you can flip the text and pics, but it's very hard to get the overall picture without tilting your head. What a PITA!! Thanks! ~Michelle~
  17. I can't see the pic. ETA: Now I can!
  18. Has anyone tried using oxides to color cyclo? Are they oil soluble? I've never used them so I don't know but there's a co-op for them going on now so I wonder...anyone? ~Michelle~
  19. I get my labels from http://www.tlcit.com/shop/default.asp The cheapest place I've found after you consider the shipping cost since they ship for free. Make sure you wipe down your containers with alcohol before labeling. I was having problems and someone gave me that tip and I haven't had the corners peel up yet. ~Michelle~
  20. I found another site that has alot of things like oriental trading. They don't have any of the christmas water filled balls, but they do have a dolphin ball that is filled with water. I asked to double check. They do have 2 in christmas snow globes that may work. I think they may be too big and not leave enough room for soap. But here's the link anyhow. http://www.rinovelty.com/Search.asp?keywords=water&searchtype=ANY&page=6 ~Michelle~
  21. Maybe a possibility! http://www.allproducts.com/manufacture99/kilomax/product1.html ~Michelle~ Didn't realize this is in china!
  22. That's the one thing I am worried about if I get an HP. I don't like how it takes the paper and also puts it back in the same spot. ~Michelle~
  23. I posted the same question on another board and HP has been the most popular answer. I just can't decide which model to get. The more I look, the more confused I am. I'm very indecisive. And reading reviews is not helping me at all! ~Michelle~
  24. Just look at all these! http://www.medidermlab.com/soap2.htm Sorry, no Christmas ones. But where did they get them?? And here someone found some christmas ones. http://www.plumparty.com/partysupplies/17987.html But I'm sure they'll never tell! I am wondering if you could buy the plastic ornament things or those small toy containers used for vending machines and fill those with water and glitter to make your own. Sorry, I've become obsessed! ~Michelle~
  25. Anyone have any luck finding the snowglobe balls? I have been searching for these as well and the only ones I can find dont actually have water in them. I have found a few sites that carry the finished soap snowglobes and they have the balls with water. Where did they find them? BTW-I don't think the dolphins have water in them either. ~Michelle~
