You might try a bastile, 75% olive oil and 25% Coconut oil and the gm.

I have never noticed that with M&P. Does it leave a white ring on the tub too.

I wouldn't use tins for anything kept near the tub or that could have water on it or in it.

Craft store M&P is fun to play with but the soap suppliers M&P is much nicer soap. I wouldn't buy the kit.

They are all beautiful.

I make 2 pumice soaps, I got the pumice at Voyageur.. A little goes a long way, I use an ounce and a half for a 7 lb batch of soap, it works fabulously for mechanics or gardeners dirty hands. Mechanics love it, they detest that gojo or whatever most car repair shops use

Could your preservative be out dated?

I would use sunflower in place of the soybean.
