I have a customer asking for this fo can not find it anywhere do not know if someone made the name up or what.

Has anyone heard of French Market (FO) to use in soaps?

Let us know when you find out because I also need some more colors from them.

Can you store your soy wax in a garage for the winter where it gets real cold? I have alot of wax and ran out of room to store.

If the wax freeze will it hurt it and would you get water in it when it got back to normal temp.

I am using ezsoy wax with liquid dye. What can I add to help with the frosting going on.

I use the mason square jar and the lids fits them. The lids already have the card board in them.

You have wonderful colors, what are you using for the red? I still can not get a good red. I use food coloring.

I used to use the jars that you have but the plastic cover under the cap will melt from the Fo, so be careful when you back them. I had a big mess. I now use the cardboard inserts for them with no problems. I do sell tons of them and also sell a small vital of Fo to go with them to refresh the Jellies.

I haven't done a craft show for a while and wondering if this is to tacky to do at a show. I do alot of boutiques and sometime when I get things back my product get damage or if they had the candles by a window where the sun was on them they have turned color, just on the side of the jar that was facing the window. Or the votives gets nicked up. Oh I use soy wax. Can you have one side of the table to mark things down to sell, the candles smell wonderful,still burn great they just look funny. And what would you call them? rejects, mistakes????? Or do I wait and sell them in a garage sale. Just do not want to hold on to them all winter. Any ideas??????

Went to the site and found nothing. When you go to ask Dr it will not let you type in this wax.

No wonder this person gave it away free, can not find anything on it. Wonder if it is soy wax when it first came out?

I was at a candle convention and got it free from another person. So I do not know anything about it.

Ok, I got some NGI all soy 118 flakes, 50lbs. I can not find anything about the wax. Is this an old name? does anyone have any information on it

That is one reason I do not order from them anymore. When I had called them about the cd3 wicks they did not do anything for me. Now I order right from the place where they make the cd wicks.

Smelly jellies work ver well, I sell tons of them here in the summer time because people will use them instead of candles for the summer.

BC has some new wood wick which are wonderful. Went to the convention and got some free in our bags they work great. The have found a place which they have inprove the product. Try them.

Do not do it, it is a scam, I lost money and am still trying to get my money back. I had to cancel my credit card because they will keep on charging different amount of money couple of times a month. I just make a complaint to the BBB.

We went out there and she was surprise to see the old owner. Nothing was wrong with the amount of wax in the containers. We did figure out with the cracker jar since the old company quit making them and a new company that I found that had some they are a little bit smaller then the old jars. But you really can not tell unless you put them side by side.

Anyways, she did keep them and gave me my check and I told her going forward, our new policy is that any product that is purchase needs to be paid in full before it is shipped.

The candles were filled to the top just like it is on the web site. I contacted the old owner and she came over to see my other candles that I did fill and she said she does't know why she is complaining because I did it the same way she did. When I took the company over she was training me for a week on all the products she did. This was her only customer that had arrangements to mail a business check after the order was sent. I always get payment before I make anything because of this. The other owner is going to take a ride with me today out there to see what is her problem.

I got this response from a wholesale account that I have. The gal I bought the business from must of filled the jars to the top. The kind of jar that was used was a cracker jar 16oz. She hasn't paid me yet, what do you think I should do? I was a little upset with her response and I haven't written her back yet, wanted to see what everyone thinks I should do. Sounds like she wants me to discount more of the price for the candles.

I received my order on Thursday, Thank You. I was, however, very disappointed with the amount of wax in the jars. They have about 10% less wax than the original jars. I'll have to sell these candles at a discounted price, because placed on the shelf next to my remaining inventory they are quite obviously less full. Is there a reason they are filled this way? I'm afraid can't foresee purchasing these candles in the future. I haven't found candles that compare to the past quality of Soy Radiant Candles so my hope is that this was just a one-time error.

The mfg company sent me 2 boxes of replacement of the wax. Will try it and let you know how it turns out.
