I am trying to get a bright red using 2lbs of 6006 wax. I'm using liquid dyes. Anyone willing to share how much dye of what colors to get this red? Customer wants that color, pleas HELP!!

I order from them all the time. I also get there colorants from them also. If you need any let me know because I get the 1/2 gal size and have alot left.

I have gone thru a company to get a fragrance match that a customers wants and they only asked for my state tax Id number. I have a customer that got a candle while in France and wanted the fragrance dupe to make candles for there shop. They are a wholesale customer. Found a company that made it and now are asking me for a Federal Tax ID. Does anyone know where you can get a dupe made without a federal tax ID? I told them they could charge tax on the fragrance but they will not do it. HELP!!!!! The company that I have dealing with before has gone out of business.

Do you have a business name for your candles? If yes, you are a crafter and a business owner that happens to make the best candles that are out there. Whenever I am at a show and they tell me they can only have so many candles in there I tell them I am a new company and our name is just getting out there and our candles are handmade. Then I send them my best scented candle for a sample and yes, I do get a call back asking me to be in there show. we need to take pride in our products that we make, it may take a while for your name to get out there but once it does, people will come back and buy more and other companies will contact you. I use CD5 for my 2oz tins with 6006 wax

cb advanced soy wax is what I had ordered, and who knows what I got. Still haven't heard anything more yet.

I get my order from BCN 50lb box of wax with no label doesn't tell me what the wax is. Also I had put in remarks for the free colbolt blue containers that they are giving free with your order if it is over $100.00. I called customer service on Monday to say hey why is there no label on the wax, looks like wax that I purchase when they had there garage sale with no name on it. They said let me check and we will reply by email to you. Well it is getting late in the day and I have a customer waiting for me to make there candles no email. So I called the office. Oh we got a pallets with no labels on them, once again how do I know if I got the right wax? Also they told me that I didn't put in the comment section the sales code so I will not be getting the containers. BullS--- I did put it in the comment section. Well I have to check with the supervisor to see what can be done. Now I have to go order from another place to make sure I have the right wax so it will burn right and not lose my customer that orders every month for her store. If I send back this wax I will be charge a restocking fee. They just do not get it there or if they are new people train them in right!! Sorry so long but it makes you mad:embarasse now that I have to overnight the wax I need.

I had the same problem with BCN and I will never order from them again and i order alot from them. They lost a good customer! This was also in Dec.

Give her one candle with one of your wicks and have her burn it to show her it will work. I had a customer like that and after giving one for her to try she did agree with me and now she orders all the time from me.

I am so mad that I do not know what to do if any. I have been making candles and soap for the last 7 years and I am in alot of boutiques were my products are at. Well a new boutique open and I was asked if I would like to have my candles there which I said sure and signed a contract with them. Well one of my friends was going to have her soap there which was ok until she told the lady that she always make soap scrubbies, she never has made them, so when I went to show my candles there she copy it right down to the package on how I made mine and copy all the wording also. The owner said to me she was only having one soap person , one candle person and so on. Well today my old neighbor who has been coping me on my candles posted on face book she just dropped off her new candles to this boutique. So I called the owner because I was suppose to drop mine off this Monday, she answered and said oh yeah I have to call you back I found another candle person. Like double whammy. Am I'm wrong to be mad? How can people do this to you!

I got some of these containers also and went to ring off some of the dirt that was on it. They are painted and the black paint come off when you dry them. Anyone else have this problem? Called General Wax and Candle and waiting for a call back on this.

Can anyone recommend one that works good?

I didn't invent them but I do make them, they are so easy to make. I had called them Bubble Scrubbies for so long that I feel I need to change the name to sell more. They have come to a stand still with the name that I was using.
