thanks everyone-I should receive the htp wicks and also do some more testing with the eco by Tues. so I will post what I find.

I am using 1 0z per lb of 4627 wax.I am going to order an htp sample pack and test those next week.I mean test test test test test well you all know.

I am using igi4627 in a round tumbler that is 4" high and 3" diam. and I am currently using eco wicks.The problem I'm having is that I am getting hangup ,the wax has NEVER yet melted to the edges of the glass.I am currently doing tests on eco 8 and eco 10 as this is what candlescience said should do best but its still happening.I am doing my initial burn test for 4 hours but I must trim the wick:cry2: at around 3 hours or I get some smoking but still no burn to the edge even upon relighting and going for another 3-4 hours.Someone mentioned wicking up so I tried a 12 and 14 but then my wax discolors but still does not burn to the edge!!!AHHH! I am testing in a draft free room and my fragrance oils are not very thick(wellington right now).What on earth am I doing wrong???

Hi everyone, I'm a little wet behind the wick and don't know what AGE stands for when it comes to FO's.Someone answered one of my posts re: salty sea air and they suggested AGE but I dont know what it stands for?? Thank You

I have probably purchased a dozen ocean-sun & sand-sea air etc and none of them do it for me.I am looking for a beachy salty scent and I am taking ocean out of the mix as they all have smelled like men's cologne to me.So where oh where could I find a true salty beachy scent????

Has anyone used this type of scent in a mix? I think it would be too strong on its own and am looking for mixing ideas.

Hello Everyone, I'm new to this forum and glad to be here.I was reading up on FO's and most people say that you can't get them all from one place so I've been testing out a few.I have purchased from.... ND (from Canada) Wellington Candlescience Sweetcakes I can see that one company's cucumber is totally different from the other for example but who do you think has the best quality scents --does not have to be from above list--.I am looking for nice rich scents that don't smell like chemicals or horrible air fresheners,hint hint that has happened with a few from above. Thanks in advance. note I use IGI 4627

Hello, I just received my order from SC today.One of the scents I ordered was fresh laundry and it is awful,the others like aloe vera etc are quite nice.I just poured my first test with one of the scents so I'll post here on what I find out.I have heard good things about their scents so I would try them if I were you.They are a little more $ but if it produces a great candle in the end I think it will be worth it.
