There ya go. You hit the panic button to soon. Glad it turned out all right for you. I sent an email with a pic, unfortunately the pic didn't go for some reason.
-
you got layers down pat girl, I really like your choice of colors in the layers

Fine looking display and the balloon jobbies look great. Now, if we could only decorate them like Donita, we'd be off to the races. She's the balloon queen for sure

JOJO and MOZZIE. To hell with candles, I'm comming to the land of Oz. Sounds like I might even stay. Smile

Thanks for all the comments, they are appreciated. Sorry the pic is so small, they really look good in a larger format but I had a hell of a time getting it on. HEY MOZZ, First order I get, I'm hoppin on a bus and commin down to the land of OZ.

Very nice candle and great choice of colors. Keep 'em comming, we love to look

Hey Bruce, I like your thinking. I'm also working on a few things as we speak. I might add that I have more failures than sucesses, but I guess that's what makes it happen. Hurricanes intrigue me and that's the medium I'm exploring at the momment. I like the challenge.

Way to go there Satin, you've got it under control for sure.

I think I messed up

Sorry I messed up. Hope I don't get two posts for this. I have a heck of a time with pix. Anyway, these will be split between two stores to hopefully get some orders.

great choice of colors, very well done. If I could make a suggestion. Next time you make those, tilt the mold when pouring, I think it would smack you with much more eye appeal. Just my humble opinion.

Man oh man Donita, you sure are slowing down. You spent a whole day making those. Damn, I better come down there and help you out, you seem to be so damn slow. Actually, I'm just kidding, they are all great, thanks for showing what a REAL woman can do.
-
Hey TOP. Excellent. Is there anything you can't do?
-
Donita...Many thanks on the dip stuff. May look into it, but to get it to Canada may be too cosst effective.
-
Hey Donita. Here we go again. What's in the five gallon pail for over dipping???
-
Donita, that would be an extreme pleasure for us both, damn, wish it could happen. Thanks for the invite.
-
sure do, rustics and all. I just keep the temps real low for rustics 145 - 150 and it seems to work OK.
-
Donita, here we go again, how the heck did you get the flowers to stay straight in the mold???? I checked your step by step and it doesn't show ALL your secrets. Please, also are the flowers silk or what?
-
MAGNIFICENT,Donita, you sure to come up with some mind blowers. Damn, I still want to move in next door to you.

that's the only wax I use for pillars, have had good luck with it in every instance. Keep 'em comming, we love to see them.

I'm really not sure what's going on here. I was led to believe that a hurricane was something you would put a pic or flowers or something in the shell and then illuminate it so it would glow thru. In my humble opinion I think that is way too tall.

Another winner for the Queen of canes, great stuff Donita

I'm sorry ( I'm laughing so hard my sides hurt) forgive me. I can just picture you and your delemma. I'm not an expert but I work mostly with hurricanes (luv 'em) mand you MUST use a high melt point wax (very hard) and as some one else pointed out, you should also invest in a hurricane mold or two. Good luck and I hope you aren't offended at me laughing, but I really had a picture in my minds eye of what you were going thru.
