I add my dry ingredients at 120 degrees and citric acid at 100 degrees. I was saying that after I took them out the freezer, I let them come to room temp, I checked them and they are/were still soft, but they still fizz. I believe that I am not giving them enough time to set/harden, I will make another batch tonight and let you know what happens in a few days. I'll try to post some pictures.
