  1. Does anyone know how to make bath oils with botanical extracts like aloe vera, calendula, etc.....?
  2. I was wondering has anyone ever made bath bombs that came out beautiful and lasted but the fragrance disappears over time. If so, what can you do to prevent this or should they made be fresh by order and a scent expiration date placed on them?
  3. I know usually that at trace the color of cp soap is light brown/yellow. What can you use to make this soap white to bring out other colors?
  4. Does anyone know where to purchase the 15/415 or 18/415 brushed alumnium sprayers besides scent works? Is there anyone making sprayable perfume if so what type of bottles and sprayers are you using?
  5. I was wondering do any of you after using any bath base has ever found the end product to have an awkward smell but it doesnt affect your actual fragrance that you used in the base. The base carries the smell of the gallon jug container that it was packaged in. If so would you still sell the product and how would you let the customer know about the awkaward smell being that it does not affect the actual fragrance/product?
  6. Do any of you make massage/body gel with silica? If so, what were your final results in your end product and do your customers like it?
  7. I would like to make a body butter with an emulsifying wax but i don't want to add water to the oil and butter mix, does anyone believe that leaving out the water is okay? Really all I want to do is take a basic lotion bar recipe and add e-wax to it.

  9. I add my dry ingredients at 120 degrees and citric acid at 100 degrees. I was saying that after I took them out the freezer, I let them come to room temp, I checked them and they are/were still soft, but they still fizz. I believe that I am not giving them enough time to set/harden, I will make another batch tonight and let you know what happens in a few days. I'll try to post some pictures.
  10. Yes, they are made with cocoa butter, maybe I was assuming they would harden up after you freeze them for twenty minutes and stay hard. Thanks for the info.
  11. It's like playdough, holds to it's shape, I broke a piece off and tested it, it worked but maybe it still has to set for a couple of more days but they are not reacting.
  12. Are they rock hard or are they just hard enough to hold to it's shape. If you may, can you give me an idea on how I may harden them? Thanks
  13. Hello everyone, last night I began making bath melts with Bunnys recipe, but i was wondering, do the melts suppose to be soft, hard, or in between and how long do you let them set before using?

  19. Does anyone use the jojoba spheres in cp soap and if so, when should you add them, after trace is complete?
  20. Does anyone make bath bombs that are not rock hard but still holds to it's mold shape, they come out just right but you still couldn't drop them because they may break up? If so, how do you package them and when used, do they fizz all the way through or halfway? and are you able to sell them?
