I use flaxseed mixed with lavender buds.

Any donations I make, I make in the spirit of giving. I do not write them off. This may not be a wise business decision,but for me a wise karma decision. I don't see anything wrong with writing donations off on taxes for others if that is what they chose to do.

LOVESPELL-I absolutely hate it but everyone wants it so I grin and bear it. Lavender- The only one I can tolerate is ICS lavender-vanilla and it's a good thing because it sells very well Patchouli- I don't care if this one could make me the next Donald Trump I wouldn't use it...Talk about a migraine from hell!

Sherie- I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes about 3 yrs ago. I was in the same boat as to the cause. Finally, it was discovered that when having my gall bladder removed the dr had missed some rather large gallstones. They stayed in my system doing extensive scarring to my pancreas. I am now prone to chronic pancreatitis.(OUCH!!!). Sorry to hi-jack the topic, but thanks so much to KMommy for bringing this up, as I use foot soaks for my sore feet ALL the time!! I will be talking to my Dr as well.
