I work in my kitchen and also in a screen in porch, I live in SoCal and it is usually mild enough that I can work there most of the time.

lol the mushrooms will drive you crazy....i use zinc wicks and always have to deal with them.. after much testing and tweaking I have gotten them to as tolerable level but...just keep experimenting and testing.... I had one mushroom on a tester yesterday that looked like a blasted palm tree the thing was so big:shocked2: so back to the drawing board with THAT fo/wax/wick combo ..Good luck!

i have found that when making votives in the little dixie cups with my wick pins... after the first pour when they are hard and ready you can pop them out and do many many batches of votives in the same cups..( i used to peel them off ,lol)

RANDOM ***** when they are reconstituted they are also great to toss in with your houseplants when going on vacation to keep them watered...minus the FO and color

That is all we basically do and they sell great....we specialize in lookalike foodies etc.. and straight pour bakery scents.

We sell alot of wickless and also use he ball jars but I have been wanting to switch to the tins for alot of reasons.....but wasnt sure how they would perform, sounds like they do well so going to pour some testers today and give them a go too...

I go there alot in person when i need things that i forgot in my usual orders or colors etc when i run out , trying the customer service in person is a challenge too....lol usual just a couple people working in thre one is stuck on the puter with orders and the other are hard to find.. lol it is always dead but you still hve to wait a long time for help...:rolleyes2 They really do need to up the customer service training LOL;)

SInce I live about 40 min. from the warehouse Genwax is my "backup" place lol .... if I need a speciasl scent or color chips etc... and don't have time to place an order to my usual suppliers ( ie. peaks, indiana) i get from them...they do have some awesone scents ... my fav. of theirs right now is fruit smoothie Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm:drool:

I am in CA too and my cointainer wax was doing that also.... now all the kids and hubby had to make space on the closet floors to store the cases I have
they were less than thrilled LOL
Question about 4 oz jelly jar lids??

yep we get ours from butter creek BUT we also glue and paintthe 2 piece ones for use on our jars of fixens and tarts... kind of a rusty look that we do.
