  1. This has been the hardest part of being a small business owner for me, I always take it to heart when something happens.

    The problem here is that you are not the kind of person that she is so it makes it even more difficult to understand how or why someone would be so cruel. People feel so empowered behind their computers and don't realize the devastating effects that it can have. She is not bashing on a large department store that could care less, she is bashing on a person who hand makes their products, bad on her for being so childish.

    Unfortunately some customers are so wrapped up in themselves they fail to realize this is how we feed our families. It is IMPOSSIBLE to never have something like this happen, especially with all the people who milk the system and are always looking for freebies and refunds.

    Chin up and MOVE on!

  2. Every time I read on of these it just blows me away. How in the word to people stay in business? We are constantly bending over backward to fix any issues with customers even if it was their own mistake that caused the problem. Maybe we are doing it wrong and should just start ignoring everyone, it seems to work for others...

    I hope that she fixes your issue :)

  3. Since they are cups you probably need one with a gusseted bottom. You could try a coffee bag or a coffee bag with a window. If you are looking for a clear bag search for "gusseted" poly bags.

    I was not sure if you are packaging them for resale or just need them bagged after someone makes a purchase :).

  4. Yes thank you, I did that and read all of them.

    Technology changes so quickly as well as programs are resources that I thought I would ask again since many of the posts are very vague and/or quite old.

    I was hoping to find someone that was successfully using a specific source that would not mind sharing, if not then that's fine too. Just trying to use the board as a resource.

  5. Unfortunately yes, she can be quite rude. We have had our last two orders not ship and have had to call and ask about them, both times lost during processing. I try to avoid her by emailing. Great products and once I bypassed the angry lady whom I believe is actually the mother to the owner I was able to get our shipment sent out right away

    Has anyone had any trouble with their customer service? I ordered there once and had to call them because I was confused about their shipping and not only was my order messed up (which happens and not a huge deal) but the woman who answered the phone each time I had to contact them was really rude.

    I have heard so many good things about this company so just curious if this is common or just a fluke. I haven't ordered from them since because I was so put off, but would like to try their oils as I never did receive my initial order.
