  3. I have ran across that website while surfing. But never ordered from them. Sorry I can't be any help. Heather
  4. A fuel surcharge is added by the shipping co becasue of the cost of fuel. Because they can't absorb the fluctuation in gas prices. The suppliers not asking for a fuel surcharge because they have to drive to the PO or UPS. My guess is they probably have a shipping co that comes to there place of business to pick up packages. Heather
  5. The company is Carson. You have to have a re-sale number to register for access to the site. Here is the link: http://www.carsonhomeaccents.com/Scripts/PublicSite/
  6. IMO people come here and complain about all kinds of stuff. This is a place to vent as well as learn. I see it all the time. Maybe she did jump the gun but, we have all been in a situation that has made us angry and you don't always do what is right. We instinctivly get defensive. She was upset and came here to vent because she wanted to. She never said she wasn't going to call the company. Maybe she felt more comfortable asking here first. She was wronged plain and simple. BTW I order from BCN all the time they are a great supplier!! JMO Heather
  7. Your soap looks really awesome! I am starting to think I need to get these FOs and try them out. LOL Heather
  8. for the first question. No I have never seen a monkey jar. Have you checked under novelty jars? Second question I dont make pillars but if you use the search tool at the top of the board I bet you will find so much info that you will be reading all day. Search Rustic Pillars. You can aslo just search the net and I bet you will find some instructions. HTH Heather
  9. When I looked up "pepperberry" it says its a blue to purple berry not red. I googled red berries and I saw some pictures of the berries that are on the NG bottle and they all said they were "red berries". Is there berries just called red berries? Sorry I could'nt be of more help on this. Heather
  10. I second sweet pea from peaks!! It is the closest to B&BW that I have found and believe me I have tried alot. Heather:)

  12. FO's from Moon Glo? They are closer to me than other suppliers would save on shipping if their stuff is worth a hoot. Any reviews on their FO's is appreciated! Thanks Heather:)

  17. It was not the candlespasotore that suggested the email thing. I beleive that she did just come here to vent about a situation that went on. I see people doing that all the time. I also agree that everyone has a right to their own opinion. That has been discussed frequently also. So with that said I think all peoples opinions should be taken with a grain of salt. Heather:)
  18. IMO I was not impressed with wellington. First of all they have a minimum order of like $100 to $150 I can't remeber. I also didn't think their scents were very strong. They were the first company I ordered FO from and I never did again after I found other suppliers with better smelling fo's and no minimums. Like I said this is just my experience with them. You might think they have the best fo's on earth. Heather
  19. Did you get a chance to read the wholesale 101 thread? loaded with info!! HTH Heather
  20. For anyone who has an aromatherapy line. What kind of EOs do you use? I have some idea like lavender, rose but what are some others you use? TIA Heather
  21. The one thing with candle warmers I don't like is you might get a really good hot throw at first but it doesn't last that long and then your stuck with a bunch of wax to deal with. Burning with the wick might have less throw but, at least you don't feel like your wasting wax. JMO Heather
  22. For those of you that have made these. They are the cheese shaker jars. I was wondering do you put some kind of a seal on these or just put on the lid? Might seem like a silly qustion but, I was thinking if you didn't you would have anoxious smell from all the scents mixing. TIA Heather PS are these hard to wick? I have some 6oz and 12oz.
