OOhhh....I LIKE!!! I just love the light green color

So, how would someone go about BUYING a domain name instead of just paying the yearly fee through GoDaddy?
-
This may sound crazy, but another thing that works are the doggie steps. You can get them at Target for $20. and they are plastic instead of cardboard so they last longer. I just put pretty fabric over them instead of the cover that came with them. They break down easily if you don't have room to store them. Just another one of those "as seen on TV" products
Is that for only one though? I need several of them, so I think the cardboard ones will better fit my budget

Yeah, I've been soaping RT lately here. The temp has been around 90-100 so I haven't had to heat my oils at all!
So when you say that you have not had to heat your oils at all, do you mean you don't melt the oils at all? Does the lye melt it that good:confused: Just wondering becuase I thought we HAD to melt the hard oils first...
Thanks!

When I do M&P I usually get the film on top as well I just stir it back into the mix to melt it. I have never had the problem with it clumping up though...Not sure what would be causing that:confused:

WOW, Glad to hear that you are ok

I use GB 415 for tarts so not really much help.. I would say just make a small batch and see if they work. I wouldn't see why not

Grama,
I use GB 415 and LOVE it!!

Hmmm, Febreeze. I would love to find a Febreeze FO for my candles. I need to check around and see if I can find that FO
-
I agree. I don't see anything wrong with that wording. I don't believe it is misleading at all...
-
HOLY CRAP... I can't EVER see a candle being worth $85. What is crazy about it is there are people out there that actualy pay that amt for a candle. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE candles, but I think I would have to find another LOVE before I spent that much on one

I bet those small heavenly

Where can I find the stands with arms that you can hang clamshells from? I would do a search, but I am not sure exactly what they are called
Thanks!

I was wondering about beeswax in M&P Soap. Thanks!

I was just wondering. Like I said, I have done M&P & CP and really like the both. Kind of wondering which sells better, honestly. I really like the M&P becuase I don't have wait for cure time. I have not really added any extras though excetp color and scent. Think I will play around with M&P a little more. I really need to find a good Moururizing one though as my skin is really dry. That is what I like about the CP is I can make that nice and good for my skin

Anyone here ONLY do M&P soap? I have tried both and really like the CP soap, but was just wondering if anyone stays strictly to M&P?
Thanks,

For those of you who use Silk Fibers in your soap, where do you purchase it from. Is this something you can get at walmart or is this something that has to be ordered online?
Thanks,
-
Yep, but they moved to Oregon. No longer in Oklahoma
-
I ordered THREE different FO's from GEEOILS and not ONE of them smelled right, plus they were really weak in scent. I ordered a Monkey Farts one that smelled like SOAP...Not a good smelling soap either
I emailed the seller regarding this and have not got the issued resolved as of yet. I will not order from them again. The only thing I can think of is people are leaving the positive feedback BEFORE they actually try out the oils. OR maybe I just got a bad batch...of ALL THREE oils...LOL :rolleyes2

I have read some reviews of Aspirin mask for Acne and wondered if you could put Aspirin into a recipe to make an Acne Soap? Kind of silly questions, I know, but part of me thinks it COULD work
Thanks,

Lovely Pic Votives look good also!!
What are your MUST HAVES??
in General Soap Making

Hello,
I have been making soap with CO, OO, Cocoa Butter, Soybean Oil, Lard, and sometime castor oil. I have been keeping it simple with things I can get a WallyWorld NOW, I want to try some of the other oils, butters, etc. that are not TOO expensive. I think I am going to try MMS for these items so any reviews would be greatly appreciated
What are the OILS & BUTTER that you just have to have when making your soap? I know I want to try a Neem oil bar for acne, but not quite sure a recipe, so I will have to research that one!!
Thanks,
