  1. I order pretty much exclusivley from Oregon Trails. You wont be unhappy with any of her scents. They are alllll wonderful!!
  2. Thank you for your help I'll be using it in a melt and pour and I need it to be very red. I've found a few dyes that the reviews are saying are more of a pink color. Not sure what to do at this point lol
  3. I have a quick question. Can anyone reccomend a good red soap dye that will not bleed into other colors? Thank you
  4. You might try wholesale supplies plus. They do a great job of duplicating and they have Ginger Orange listed under the BBW section. I have not tried this one but their others are great!! http://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/StoreCategory.aspx?CatalogID=4&GroupID=522&CategoryID=531&CategoryName=Compare+to%3a++Bath+%26+Body+Works%e2%84%a2
  5. Cozy and rustic ... the scent of a warm, crackling wood fire Its a big seller in the winter.
  6. I found a yankee type at peaks..not sure if its the same thing or not but its dead on for yankee
  7. I'd have to say Lite Blue from Dolce and Gabbana and Causal from Sebastian..Just my 2 cents
  8. I just recently used Peak's and its very very nice.
  9. OMG!! I was in heaven when I saw both the yankee and b&bw. Needless to say I have placed an order Thank you so much again for your help! By the way..at their sister site www.FragranceandFlavors.com if you purchase over $50 the shipping is free
  10. Oh thats perfect!! Thank you very very much
  11. The Herbal Iced Tea is really one of my favorites and they have discontinued it so I thought I'd try to make it myself I have one left and I've been trying really hard to figure out the scents in it but no luck so far. I think they should put the ingredients on the label lol... I really appreciate your help!
  12. Thank you I appreciate the help.
  13. Hi All I'm looking for a fragrance like Iced Herbal Tea. Do any of you know of anything thats similar? I just love this scent and I can't duplicate it.
  14. I think of rosemary, lavender, sage ,chamomile any of the more earthy scents.
  15. You have all been really helpful Being very new at this I was not sure what the difference in the was was, but I did order about 60lbs of the 4786 cause I had thought I'd start with containers first. But I've learned that my experiments are better done in votives lol.. So if the only real difference is the texture of the wax and its just for my own use I think from what I've read I'll be ok with my mad scientist experiments.
  16. Thank you all for your help I think i'll give it a try..as long as I dont cause any major fires lol
  17. Yes thank you. It does help very much. I didnt want to set the house on fire if I used the wrong wax for votives lol. Now I know why to not use it. Thank you again!!
  18. I am very new at this and have a question that may seem a little silly. I just ordered the 4786 candle wax and was wondering can it be used for votives? I know its a container wax but I'm doing more practicing with votives for now. Thanks!!
  19. I was really surprised at the shipping rate at lone star. The wax is 60.00 and the shipping was like 33.00. I do have a shipment of essential oils and some soap stuff coming tomorrow from Natures Garden so I'll have something to experiment with lol
  20. Thank you both for your replies! I am in Oregon. I've looked and have not found a supplier near so it looks like shipping for me lol.. I think I'm just going to start off with paraffin and I think I read that if I use 4786 I don't have to use additives. I just want easy for my learning curve
  21. I hope this is the right place to post this. If not please bear with me I am looking for a good place to purchase wax for containers. There are several suppliers listed and I'd really like to know anyones thoughts on the best suppliers. Thanks!!
