Does this size fit in a standard soap box? I currently use a slab mold but my bars are too thick for the boxes so I've been kicking around getting an Upland. Just want to make sure they'll fit in the boxes when I do.

April, sorry but I can't find my soap boxes to check for you. I had bought the boxes and decided to use the sleeves so the ends are open for customers to smell them and they can see the whole bar. If I can find my boxes I will make sure they fit.

I like mine 3.5 x 2.5 x 1.25" thick. That will make it between 4.5 and 6 ounces per bar in cp.

Welcome to the board, Momma! You can learn a lot here, especially if you are willing to put the time in to researching. We have all gone through the brain melt downs with so much to read. Have fun!

I'm with Meredith. If you don't have a customer base I would shy away from that much rent. I was in retail for years with my businesses and Christmas time can be a nightmare. Customers are stressed out with the holiday time. You would have to make an awful lot of product just to make rent. If you have never been in retail I would think twice. HTH!

Hey, that really looks great. I may have to add oil to mine and try it.

I use mine straight without anything added. Boy, it leaves my face feeling great.

Your soap is one of the best funnel swirls I've seen.

Good luck. It is very habit forming. Once you do one you will keep on making more. I love doing them.

I couldn't wait. I cut this just 14 hours after it was poured.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is absolutely gorgeous! I love the roses and all the colors. It couldn't be any prettier. Now, the painting............I am speechless! Billie has more talent in her little finger than I do in my whole body. WOW! WOW! WOW!
