  1. i don't know about for lotion, but i just made some candles with cajun candle's buttercream crunch and it stinks really bad!! maybe someone will like it but i sure don't. :tongue2: guess that's why i should buy samples before i get the big bottles :o

LOL, doesn't sound good! I have never used that one :D

  2. Wow, all this talk about the other vanillas!! :tongue2: I might just have to place an order myself, LOL! I've only tried the Ultimate Vanilla and it's a keeper! And of course White Cake, OMG!

I haven't tried her white cake, is it a strong thrower? I keep meaning to try it and forget, with all the new ones she brings out it is hard to keep up. :embarasse I love her vanillas, many are really good.

  3. This is the fragrance they added this week! I am getting this ASAP! Can't wait to try it.

I am working on an order too! You like them wayyy too much for me not to get in some more samples to test. ;) OMG, I am so horribly addicted to new fragrance oils, my husband just shakes his head when he sees the newest UPS box on the porch, lol :D

  4. Hi everyone!

I have a few from ICS that I use, but have to admit I don't have very many. Now that they carry Snowtop, I might as well test more and see how they do for me.

I was curious how some of her cocktail line did in soy? I am always looking for something different. Her prices are sure great.

  5. Gosh, I must live in the dark ages you guys cuz now I have to figure out what karma sultra means  and is QWIM a typo or are we still waiting on that one? Is it DH dear or dumb husband? Hey, I do know what duhhhh means :wink2: . :bliss:

QWIM was a typo on my part, see I really didn't know what the heck it meant, even had the abbeviation wrong, ;) LOLOLOL As for Karma Sutra, it is too risque for this board to elaborate more, hehe.

  6. I could not remember the oils I had previously purchased from them, and had some recommendations for their "butter" oil..So I thought I would order that and a few others..I did not say I didn't like their oils before ordering..I am sure I don't now though, after receiving them.....So I did not order from them not liking their oils, I just could not remember if they were good or not..They certainly aren't bad oils but just the same they are not oils I will be ordering again..As far as cancelling orders,I had not received my invoice from them at the time I sent both messages..A few days later they sent me a message saying my order was on the way and charged my card..I can understand if they can't cancel an order but since the oils were leaky and the labels soggy and they never have responded to my message about it,I simply prefer to buy my supplies elswhere..And I didn't like how the oils smelled anyway..

Email is not a reliable way to correspond these type of issues, as they are easily lost in cyberspace. This entire situation could be resolved by picking up the phone.

  7. I love so many of JS oils! The new vanillas are excellent, I agree about whipped vanilla cream and the creme vanille----they are excellent and the southern style vanilla is like Ms. Randys. To us, the whipped vanilla cream has a fruity note to it, not sure what it is but it is nice.

My favorite vanilla is vanilla of pearl, it is so different and exotic. Becky has a knack for finding really nice, different scents. My customers love Black Cherry, too. It is really strong.

One scent I wish she would bring back is cherry vanilla swirl, it was strong. I have tried mixing that one and it doesn't compare. It was supurb.

  8. mandarin mimosa---awesome, very popular

fruit slices--awesome, just cut back it is very strong. Too much and you get fuel.

    peach fizz--strong, a great scent---but different than I expected.

red mac apple---the new one!!!! It is awesome

    white grapes---Awesome!!! Love this one

sweet pomegranate and orange---Excellent scent, very nice

captivatingly currant--I love this one, it is a bit sweeter than others and not as tart.

sunkissed currant---like a mandarin and current or something, EXCELLENT

fuji apple ginger ----Love this one too.celestial waters

holiday rendezvous---I don't care for it, but it is

    berry balsam--Excellent

  9. I have to say I agree here,

I don't know of many places that will cancel orders once they are placed, even with a phone call. Email is not always reliable, our email is continuously down for one reason or another. As for the oils leaking, that happens sometimes and if you call them, they will take care of you. They are above and beyond one of the nicest suppliers to deal with. They also have some great oils, I would highly recommend them.

  10. Please rate on scale of 1-10, with 1 being unusable, and 10 being excellent with everything they do.

    1.Natures Garden 8

comments: okay, this company has great oils! I was not impressed with some of the oils I originally ordered a few years ago, then decided to try them again, and wow, I hit some winners!

    5. Daystar 10

Comments: One of my favorites. Great oils that are different from the norm. Prices are not too bad for the regular line, premium line is pricier but I dont care! I love Daystar!

    6.Solas 9

    4. Just Scent 10

Another favorite of mine. Super quick shipping, awesome sales, and very unique scents. Her currant scents are awesome, amoung some of the best bakery scents ever! Great florals, too.

  11. well, i just found out last night what karma sutra means!:embarasse:embarasse:embarasse:embarasse

Went to look at all the different fragrances under that name.

    then asked google for definition.

So, don't be embarrassed. I'm still learning all the abbreviations too.

Okay, since we are on the subject of admitting our lack of knowlege about abbreviations, what the heck does QWIM mean, anyhow????? lol I know it is probably going to be a 'duhhhh' moment for me when I figure it out, but for the life of me I don't get it.:o

  12. This sounds more like a good deal for the ppl who set this co-op up. Not so much for the members.
LOL, my thoughts exactly. The fees are pretty steep, and the site is very vague with no links to go to except one. I think they should give examples of the oils and pricing (at least something), if they expect people to fork over 300 bucks! Yikes.
  13. i mix it with cookies for santa from BCN ...no cinnamon....

i don't detect the cinnamon straight either, but different noses pick up on different notes..i know that several peeps a while back thought it was more like a snickerdoodle and others didn't...which is why i still go for small testers to try ,cuz i just never know when my nose is gonna smell something others didn't.

This is so true. I read about people thinking Cookies for santa smelling like cat pee and dirty socks, and I don't get that at all. Wonder what makes our noses detect things so differently?

  14. Mulled Cider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ' NUFF SAID!!!!!

I love this one too!! Just like Gold Canyon :)

    AND blueberry pie, yum!
