Since your not lighting this i would use as much scent as you want. There will have to be warning labels on them. I poured about 1/2 ounce and its smells great. I have them wrapped in clear pastic. It would also depend on the fo because some are very strong. I wanted it to scent my bathroom without lighting a candle or pluging something in. That is what i acheived . thank you

what kind of wax did you use i love the look of that candle. thank you

my wax in pre broke i would say just enough to cover the roll about half a pound . You can always re dipped if you dont like the first outcome. I had some left over and just make some tarts out of it.

you would be surprise at how many people love it. Alot of people cant have burning candles in there bathroom so this is the next best thing. With lace around it you cant even tell its tp. I enjoy candles and making things something i learned from my grandmother and mother. Funny ugly to one person is beautiful to another.

Yes just enough for one roll i had just a little left over.

I showed it to a couple of my co-workers and i have four orders already. So maybe this tp thing is a hit.

Ive always just made gel wine glasses and pumkins. So i asked about doing these six months ago. I had made one of my grandparents for my mom for mothers day she fell in love with it. They were suppose to be a gift to her family when she came here in june. But she passed away in the end of may suddenly. Its really not about the candle anymore i had told her i would make them and have finally got up the nerve to do it. ITS rough losing someone , im am also sorry for your lose. Thank you very much.

I just asked how to make these. DId you use paraffin wax for the foam? I have worked with gel alot just not these types of candles. Thank you

This is a picture of my moms family she passed on may 27 and asked me to make her family a candle she was going to give them. I just started making them this week . It has a yellow flower at the center which is a family tradition. Thanks for looking

i use a metal pot soaked the tp in it for a few minutes with lots of fo. Took it out let it dry on some foil. Then i just added lace and flowers with hot glue gun. I wanted something to put in my bathroom and i have a small kid who would touch a flame so i figured i would try this. Smells great and dont need a flame.

I would like to make these what do you use for the foam ? How do i make these? thank you

I use paraffin wax and its scented mango.

So last night i tried it, and guess what it was easier then making a candle i used mango fo and its smells real good. I am not done yet i need little orange flowers i will post a pic as soon as im finished. thank you everyone you gave me the ideal i like it especially for the bathroom.

On the lotion candles you are only suppose to burn them for five minutes and then pour on your skin. Umm how many people are going to head to that rule. The fo load in them are so strong its going to cause rashes to some people. Why do i know this because i know someone who makes them, if you make them you better have great insurance . Some kid sees mommy burning a candle and pouring on herself and guess what the kid tries it . The ones ive seen are so strong they give me a headache, candle are for burning if people want soft skin they buy lotion. Ive been making candle for a couple years now and im still perfecting mine. You cant just make lotion candles throw them out there, because one person is going to have some kind of allergic reaction and die. I wont take that chance.

I make gel candles now am venturing in paraffin wax. I would like to know how to make the snow flake candles. There are just regular candles that look like snow flakes are in them. I would also like to make multi colored candles . Any suggestion, thank you

I have tried 4 different times to put wax embeds in gel. I have let the gel cool , i have put my embeds in the freezer, so far some wax still gets into the gel. I am ready to give up with this. I brought wax made for embeds is there something i can put in it to make it even harder so it wont melt. I cooled my wax for over a half hour and still leakage. What am i doing wrong???
