"secret ingredient" - a binder that locks the scent in the wax and lets it evaporate with heat.

Anyone know this "secret"??

I have been making a list of what I need to make wickless candles and going to all the sites you guys have been listing which is awesome because I am clueless. I can't wait to order on Friday everything I need! If all goes well, I will attach a picture of some results. I can't wait to get started!!

I have no idea what wax to use. *lol* I have never made a candle in my life, of any kind. I am thinking maybe I need to buy some kit or something to see what it's all about. All I know is that I spend a fortune on buying candles from stores for other people, and I want to make my own. I've been reading this thread for hours. It is full of info!

Just signed up, have never made a candle in my life, but am very interested in making gel candles and especially wickless candles. Is there a thread on wickless? I've been reading on the gels, just can't find the wickless.
