I finally had to just start hiding all my test batches of soap from DH...After explaining to him abou 1,000 times that I have to try several recipes to find the ones that work just like I want them...I mean sheesh..Just one pound batches, but ya know..Adds up... lol (Don't tell him that ) But you are right....spouses just don't get it...:rolleyes2

It is pretty. You done a good job...But, I have to admit..I am not a fan of puple personally so that is just purple overload for me..lol You said all other info will be on another lable?? So this is basically, just like your logo?? Am I reading/interpreting that correctly?

I'm not trying to bash anyone, and I'm surprised that anyone thinks that I am. I'm sorry it comes off that way. It's marketing... I am sorry..But what you say on your site, is bashing.... And I wouldn't buy anything from you because of the way you try to make others sound bad to make you look better...That is just screaming to me that your products have issues and you are trying to cover them up... JMO

Blue Dreams --- Although blue isn't exactly what I wanted there...some shade of blue my brain just isn't functioning thinking of how good that must smell Like...Turquoise Dreams...I dunno....Goin' for coffee. -
I have made three batches thus far....I don't scent it.. It does kinda smell though..lol I may in the future make a batch with some scent...dunno yet.

Ouch! I've only had the static problem one time thank god and it totally freaked me out! Lye flying everywhere..That stuff does burn! I agree with all the above, plus I would add patience.. Do not be afraid to ask questions.... Even if you screw up a batch, chalk it up to experience..MAKE LOTS OF NOTES!! My notes for soap/candles have now expanded into 2-2in thick notebooks (ok..I may be a bit overboard...but I know if I throw it away...I'll need it) Experiment..Try a bit of everything that is within your budget... Have fun

Shutterbugs Angels Trumpet ~ YUMMY! That is all I can say..I loved the scent of this one..It wasn't overpowering It lathered GREAT and left my skin feeling great! A++++ PS - I have been trying to post this for 2 days and couldn't get the "reply to thread" page to load So sorry it is late...Hence..This bar is used very well by now! Think I have 2 more bars in my box to try..............When's the next "Still technically a newbie" swap???

I am in Pulaski...Same county as Ardmore... And I have only been able to find it at Freds (not Fred's Dollar Store....just Freds) and CeeBee Grocery (a little grocery store .. you know like with old meat and dust on their stuff...lol:laugh2: ) GL on finding some....
