Is this in a "flake" form like Red Devil or is it crystals. I did read on the Roebic site is refered to it as found Roebic "Crystal" Drain Opener . Just curious Thanks everyone for your reply. What I should have asked is it the same form as Red Devil? Red Devil was too "powdery and fly away." Sorry and thanks Daria

Why is water needed? I use witch hazel and FO, for me, and yes it's cloudy. I've tried the poly process, didn't work, but I was too hasty. I may try it again. I don't understand why water is used. Daria
