  1. LOL, yes I have! I went to our Pat Catan's craft store and they had bins and bins full of rubber stamps for 2 for $1 You have to buy ones that don't have alot of detail though. Very simple.
  2. Yep they are rubber stamps. Oh yeah, they work really well on HP soaps. I have most success with CP & HP soaps done in the log mold after they are freshly cut. I stamp in mica first and just press down just enough to leave the impression.
  3. You gals are so silly! I laid bubble wrap in the bottom of the mold, bubble side up. This is now my top instead of bottom. Then I poured the layer of lavender and then white.
  4. I was hoping these would turn out better but the decorating tip kept getting clogged and the soap wasn't thick enough. I should try Nizzy's whipped soap instead for this.
  5. Oh so pretty! Buy a rack like mine.
  6. I actually laid the saran wrap directly on the soap. I don't know if it will help with every fo though.
  7. I got that at a website called http://www.rubberstamptapestry.com/
  8. Funny you said that because we came home yesterday afternoon and it looked liked it started to ash just a touch and so I laid saran wrap over the soap very tightly. I didn't want ash!
  9. Yeah I thought of that, it's kind of masculine for the soapies. I wanted some of those pink glass beads but I forgot to get some yesterday.
  10. I got to go home because of the bad weather so I got some cut photos. I am a horrible photographer so excuse the photography.
  11. Not yet, I just cut this morning and had to get to work. I'm going to try and get a photo this weekend.
  12. Those are awesome! What do you cut your soaps with? I love it!
  13. This moved faster than I wanted but it turned out ok. Scented with Lavender Chamomile Huggies type. This what it looked like before swirling.
  14. Scented with SW Lovespell. I always hated how my swirls turned out before on the lovespell so I decided to try something I have never done. Colored with neon pink oxide and swirled with SS Red and Pearl white mica.
  15. I did mine in the oven. Thanks everyone!
  16. It took me a long time to decide on the name but I think this fits. Everyone on another board helped me pick a name. This scent is to simulate what it smells like just after it rains during a thunderstorm. It has a stitch of dirt in there. Stamped with a lightning bolt, cloud and rain.
  17. I am using a cutter from Cumberland Acoustics which I absolutely love. That's the cutter the soap is on. It has the measurements on there for you.
  18. I don't know why I'm on an HP kick lately but I excited to soap this blend. My friend dish member "Babs" came up with this awesome blend of NG Clean Breeze, Tenn. Lavender Milk and Baby Powder. I love this stuff! It smells so clean and fresh. Hence the name! I colored with 5 colors. Everybody on the dish had great ideas of colors, I just had to do all of them. I whitened the whole batch with td first, then separated out my colors. I colored with Ultra violet, pink, chromium, blue and for the yellow used Celestial sunshine.
