This is from Peaks page.
Our fragrance oils are tested to perform well at ½ ounce per pound of wax. However, if you like highly scented candles, you may wish to use up to a full ounce per pound of wax. This is even more important with smaller candles where the melt-pool diameter is limited.
What he's saying(Correct me Alan if Im wrong)is it works well at 1/2 oz per pound, BUT if you like highly scented candles you can use an oz. When you're doing smaller diameter candles(because it doesnt have as much room for throw you could use more if you wish to get that stronger throw. You dont have to use more.

See what happens when you cook?
-
Now see.. here's why you cant cook and candlemake and soap too.Ive got dinner in the oven, and my soap is ready to go in!
-
Take a pic of it and tell em you want your money back. Then buy your favorite fo and make your own honey!
-
Oh yeah and cookie sheets are for cookies, not tart molds and wax!!
-
Yes, and as part of our therapy we will learn that presto pots are for fried chicken. Ovens are meant to bake, not burn off fo. Spoons, spatulas, etc are really for eating not soaping or candlemaking. And tables are actually places where food usually sits!

Ive gotten some small ones with lids before at Dollar General.

Trim it and give it a soda wash. I have the best luck with mine when I use a towel, otherwise if I use a cover or saran it beads up and drops and mine is covered with ash. Dont know if that makes sense or not, but it seems like the towel absorbs the water droplets and helps.

Ive never seen lids for them at Walmart(ours anyway)
