How in the world do you do it? The hole to slip the wick in is way too small, and even if I could get it in there how do you grab from the inside to pull through? Ugh!!! This is a 12" metal dual mold. Trying to use a 15ply wick, and 4625 wax.

I just tested this one yesterday. Strong thrower for me. I finally found a mango/papya oil that throws for me!

Daystar's is the absolute best!!!!!!!

Anyone tried MC's mango/papya? Using 4794 and 50/50. Not as strong as I would like for a tart. OOB was wonderful!! What a let down:cry2: .

I use 4794, never had a problem getting out of votive molds, Maybe try a little silicone spray/mold release.

I haven't tried their keylime pie, but the wild mountain honey is great in my 50/50.

I love Candlescience!1 Prefer it over Peaks. Both throw very strong. But I like CS version better:) .

I also use J 50 and use zinc and LX in this wax. Not much mushrooming on the LX's. You should give it a try!!

ST/ICS yummy!!!

I stopped the large zinc wicks, still had hang up after relighting and going 1/2 way down. Pull them out and put in 2 LX 20's. Perfect burn, no hang up, great throw, very happy. Not sure why the zinc's didn't work, suppose to burn a larger area than the LX 20's.:undecided

Anyway, wanted to update in case someone else has wicking issues with the fatty jar. Thanks for the replies. Julie;)

Well I haven't burned 1/2 way down, but seems to hang up around the neck after a good 3 hours. I did whip up the wax on top so it was full to the top of the jar. I'll keep burning. The throw is nice. Using Daystars Cake Batter.

Anyone have trouble wicking this big boy? I like zinc and tried 2 large 60's, not hot enough, maybe triple wick this? I'm using 50/50 and adding 4794. Thanks!! Julie

Pumpkin Pie Spice from JS, is awesome. Very spicy.

I also tried to order from them in Feb. couldn't get a response never received my order. I called 3 weeks later, and cancelled my order. I'm very turned off with this supplier. First and last experience with them.

I just tested Peak's Watermelon. It's a keeper for me too. Super strong throw!

Snowtops is great in soy. Now at ICS.

Candlescience Peach didn't work for me at all in my 50/50. I made tarts and cured for a week. I can't smell it much at all.:embarasse

I have both, and they are very different to my nose. Amish Harvest is more bakery, and strudel and spice is more cinnamon to me. Julie
