To those that use j223, when you pour your candles, do you let them set up in a cooler? On my 8 oz jj they are shrinking just a tad. Just enough to have to go and zap them with a heat gun! My 4 oz dont do that. Just wondering!! :undecided

Can you smell both coffee and the caramel in it? Is this BRV better than Peaks?

I was looking at their website and was wondering about two fo. One is Black Raspberry Vanilla and the other one is coffee caramel cream. Does anyone have any reviews on these? I use j223 wax also.

Yes, they are scented. I left them overnight to. I have only made 2 out of this wax. I will post some when I know more about what I am doing! I use wick pins to.

I have made 2 pillar candles out of the 4045H wax, and I am having a hard time getting the wax out of the molds. I spray them before I pour, any helpful hints I may be missing?!:undecided

What type of wax do you use. I only have astor v for my votives and some 4045H to start testing pillar candles! Does it matter what type you use, I know you cant use container wax.

For those of you that do these, what are your most common flower and scent? I am wanting to try these for VD and Mothers Day. I would guess rose buds would be the easiest. Just wanting some input from those that have already did these. Where do you get YOUR rose scent from? :smiley2:

We had a candlelight service tonight at our church, (no they werent mine!). I thought how pretty they lit up the church, (there were 52 votives), then I thought of that "scentstory" commercial. The lady that had her "candle shop". You coudnt get the beauty from the candlelight with the scentstories!! Just thought I would share!
