  1. I offer a free sample, but the customer must add it to the shopping cart and pay shipping for it. I have never had anyone add only a free sample to the shopping cart and pay shipping. My customers usually add the free sample to their order.

  2. Flickers (OFS) has a Sparkling Green Tea Garden. I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for. I don't remember it having a spicy scent. Here's the description:

The best Oolong green teas are grown in the Tung Ting Mountains on the island of Formosa. The altitude is over 6000 feet, the air is clean and fresh and it produces the best tea leaves we have ever tasted. They harvested tea leaves during Pure Brightness and Grain Rain time for best quality of fresh green leaves. This is a highly aromatic tea with slight floral scent and a splash of champagne for sparkle.

This is a full bodied, sweet and refreshing oil that leaves an imprint on your soul that is pure heaven. We have hand selected the blossoms of gardenia, neroli, jasmine, amazon violets, roses and blended with orchid petals and lavender buds. This scent is perfect for the tea lovers of high priced salon spa types.

  3. If you paid by PayPal, you should file a report immediately. I'm not sure if there is a time limit. You should be able to get all your money back if you paid by PayPal. I have no patience for people like this.

oh wow that stinks. I am going through a same situation. I bought molds off ebay from someone and it was back in march and still haven't received them. I keep emailing the lady, but she keeps giving me the run around about her daughters problems and her business has suffered. I about ready to report her. For some reason it seems like she's dodging the initial question. I just want my molds that I paid for, that is all I am asking. So we'll see what happens.
  4. I use these and sell them also for use with essential oils. They're ScentBalls and have a removable pad. It takes about 5-10 minutes to heat up; if you put too much oil on the pad (as I learned) it will blow you out of the room.

I have also tried to refill one (not from BBW) and it didn't work but I don't think the wick took up the oil. Bought one from someplace online that was supposed to be refillable. It was easier to do and the directions said to use any FO (didn't say to add anything else) but when I plugged it in I didn't get much of a scent. The oil holder didn't even seem warm after being plugged in so I just figured it was a piece of junk & threw it away. Don't remember the site but they were also selling air scenters for cars & they sold pads that you could use to refill it with any oil you wanted to use. I was just glad i hadn't wasted more money buying that too!
