    the second i poured in my fo it was FUCHSIA! its still pretty light in the container but if i put some on a spoon i can definately see the color!

    i put some on a piece of wax paper to cool and it still looks white...is that okay? i don't want to pour it if it's going to turn out white...

    did i read on here one time that fuchsia color doesn't show up until the candle has cooled or am i crazy? i'm trying to make a candle right now and i added a chip and can't tell any difference at all!

    Is it possible to do layers with J223 or does it only work with J300? I have some 223 and wanted to try it but I won't waste my time if it's not possible. Also, I was reading that 300 has no wet spots since it pulls away from the glass so what is the advantage of using 223?

    you can use candle making liquid dye or dye chips...both sold by Peaks. There should be a link from the main page to their website.

    i pray for 80 degrees. it's about 100 here every day with humidity of 85-90%. Right now it's 10:30...87 degrees and 85% humidity i don't dare do mine in an unairconditioned place!! Gotta love TX!

    how hot can your FO get before it burns off too much while you're mixing? I think I let mine get too hot J223

    Where do you order the CD wicks everyone talks about. I haven't seen them on Peak's website. I ordered J223 and some zinc wicks, but now I'm starting to worry that I'm not going to get the hot throw I was hoping for. I'm making my first candle with my new stuff tonight...wish me luck

    What color would you recommend for White Tea Ginger, Fruit Slices, and Jamaica Me Crazy? I know fruit slices and jamaica me crazy could probably be anything but I was just wondering what y'all would use.
