Which do you folks use for your bath bombs? Which works best? I've been using molds, (the plastic xmas ornaments that are split in half) and they work pretty well. Was just wondering if the meatballer packed them tighter.

Simply beautiful!!!!!

Please let me know how you like it I want to try it. I love the citrus scents, but true citrus..not that plastic kinda smell that so many have.

From Fragrarance Oil Heaven? Any good?
-
I think it turned out *beautiful* even though it changed color!! :yay:

Damn! Nice swirl happening there:grin2:

Adding to the list, Candle Cooon has some GREAT scents. I love their fallen leaf. Smells just like a fall day.

Very nice! People are doing some awesome work here

This soap is incredible. You did a GREAT job!

I've found the 'clear' labels at staples and such places really aren't clear, but are frosted

I know Peaks has Fireside.... I personally didn't like it..but it might be what your looking for.
-
You might also want to grab some sweetner too. I found it to be a tad to bitter without it.

Lye is used in making Meth, not crack. :lipsrseal And that Meth crap is some dangerous garbage to mess around with. We've had buildings in the city here blow sky high because of the shit that is used to make it. Plus, from what I've heard, the fumes *stay* in the house/building or whatever for a LONG time after they finish making it. So people moving into a 'new' house, can be exposed to the fumes from the prevoius owner. Bad bad stuff.

You know, they say that you shouldn't give honey to children under the age of 12 months because of botulism.
Doesn't answer your question but it's good to know...LOL
ACK!!!!!!!!! Didn't know this..scrap the honey, never know.. :rolleyes2

I actually have the soft and gooey lip balm base... now if I could just remember where I got it... :undecided

If you add honey to a product, as long as there is no water in the finished product, do you need to use a preservative?
-
not much at all really...which is why I dont get why this happend. And of course the soap itself is to die for...

I'm going to try these and see which works best for me. I demolded my soap today and got very nice yellow hands.. I look slightly jaundiced now

Awsome, simply awsome!

The problem I had was that I had taken a cup full of soap out of the bowl and wanted to tint it so I could swirl it... but it didn't disolve as it should have. I have a sickening feeling that it's gonna leave yellow traces on the skin when used. While not a bad thing lol, it's hardly appealing. I'm gonna give it another whirl then if still doesn't work, I'm gonna go back to my liquid colors.
-
Thanks I'll have to give that a whirl.

Was wondering how folks get their pigments to disolve evenly in their cp soap. I have some yellow, which I got from BB, and having a hell of a time getting it to disolve. Any suggestions?
TIA

It must really be hot here, even my solid cocoa butter is on the soft side

Made these the other night..and they came out great, but I'm having issues with the heat.. :undecided After having them in the freezer and all, they were firm and looked great. After having them out of the freezer for about 90 min, they were mush. Any idea what I did wrong?
