  1. Hi Trappeur, your labels are always so nice!! Do you have all your clip art/ artwork on your computer and then upload to zazzle then design them, or does zazzle have everything needed as to the clip art /artwork? I'm in need of making my new labels, and the system I used before, I have heard isn't a available anymore...thanks!!

Ok, I will let the candle sit another week.  I will say this fragrance is beautiful smelling from the bottle.  So I will give it a chance.

For years when I had my store I carried McCalls candles and Campfire Marshmallow was just the ultimate.

My orders every month to McCalls averaged minimum $5,000.00 a month I sold that many candles.....There was 1 order I'll never forget that was $9,000.00.  I sold that much.  Think I will go and order a couple from them today.  They have since changed the name to Smore's....don't know why they did as I love "Campfire Marshmallow" for a name.

That's my favorite one from mcalls too. I also liked the camp fire marshmallow name much better...would love to make my own that smells as good!

    Anyone tried these from Daystar?

    Invigoration (compare to Avobath)

Out on A Limb (compare to The Olive Branch)

Ice Princess (compare to So White)

    Evening Dusk (Twilight)

Or, do you have suggestions for the best place for these dupes?

I'm looking at Fragrance Buddy for So White...

I've tried Vanilla Sugar Dusk (compare to Snow Fairy) and love it.

Out on a limb is a great Olive Branch dupe. I love that scent from lush and her version is spot on!!

NOTE: VANILLA TOFFEE CRUNCH IS AN ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS NAME. It is totally a Honey I Washed the Kids dupe.

Yes, It is a Honey I Washed the kids dupe, and a very good one at that. But as for the name, she can't call it anything that reflects the Lush name or she will be in trouble. She went round with them in the past I believe. ? That scent is awesome in cp soap!

  5. Anyone know of a scent dupe/twin for this fragrance oil? I don't need anything else from AHRE and I do not want to pay their high shipping costs for one pound of oil. Was going to order a couple other oils with it but their shipping is so ridiculous I won't pay almost 17$ for a total of a pound and a half of oil. So hoping somewhere else sells this scent.

  6. I just disposed of probably 20 lbs of old oils and have another 20 lbs to dispose of this week. Colossal waste of money, but they were/are too old to salvage. I bought these back when I was doing shows and selling retail. Oh, the lessons we learn :)

I'm in the same boat with ya! Many many bottles need to be tossed...it's been 4 years since I sold anything. Have to go through so many to see the condition of them if usable but most will be tossed.

  7. I'm surprised you think the JS version is too light. It's dead on for scent and I use it in pure soy and it's actually quite strong. Even when used in a blend it comes out on top of the other scent...unless it's changed in formula I would pick JS VBN over daystar or mrs Claus cookies at NG!

  8. I am in the process of testing rustic Lodge right now. It's poured in pure soy and it's been sitting for over 10 days. Haven't burned it yet bit when I sniff the candle all it smells like to me is another apple pie/gramas kitchen type scent. Nothing "rustic lodge" about it to me.

Also burning Oak Barrel Cider right now, pure soy, 10 day cure, and am not smelling much of anything with it...so far weak throw.

  9. I was looking at this supplier for the first time, have been hearing the name coming up alot lately so had to check it out.  I've been buying oils for ten years now and I think this has to be the first supplier I have ever been to where they do NOT list a phone number OR an address of where they are located, only an email address.  That seems odd to me.  I looked all over and just couldn't find anything. They state they are from Georgia.  Well wouldn't you think they would post where they are located.  It just makes me leary, will probably pass...If I overlooked it on the website somewhere, ok, please show me where it is!  Thanks :)
