  1. Sorry I can't help ya, I have not smelled that one from Gold Canyon
  2. I am not sure but I LOVE this scent. I have only made tarts and I use 100% soy
  3. Nana's Old Fashion Apple Butter?? I just made tarts today with this FO
  4. Mini Muffin Tins I use the flower shaped metal molds
  5. Well I think it was the tart I had melting. It was Brown Sugar Pecan and I changed the tart to Creamy Coconut Pie and it smelled better, so I think the smell was burnt sugar, now that I think about it.
  6. Do electric warmers need to be in open space or can you put them say on a shelf that has a shelf above it? I have a tower by the TV that houses all theTV stuff and I don't want to put an electric warmer on top and have the cord hanging down, I currently have a tealight on top. I was wondering about putting an electric one on the first shelf but it wouldn't be open, there is the top.
  7. I just got a rooster punched tin warmer and I put one of my soy tarts in it and it smells like it is BURNING the tart. I took the top off and it smells down inside there, like burning and not so much the tart which is all melted. I am wondering if anyone has one of these and if this is normal for the first time plugging it in. I have never used this kind, so not sure. I still have it plugged in, hoping that is the case.
  8. I got that but I am trying to figure what it would say on the scale. So would it be 4.0oz wax and then .4oz FO? See what I am saying is, what would the scale read? LOL.
  9. Oh good, that is what I use. I might have to make some tarts in this scent
  10. I have the oil but haven't tried it yet. I use 100% soy, so I am hoping it does good in it
  11. Ok so on my digital scale it would say 4.0 oz for wax and then .4oz for FO?? I stink at measurements LOL.
  12. My Snowtop oils I use 1.5oz FO to 1lb soy wax but the others I use 1oz. I am confused by your measurements........blonde moment LOL. So it would be 1/4 oz FO to 3oz wax ???? Sound good lol.

I just did this today in my crock/warmer. I had a little oil that is not enough to make tarts so I thought I'd use it like you do.
  14. Yes I would love to have the info too

  16. I use 1oz FO to 1lb wax. 1/2oz FO to 1/2lb wax
  17. Yep that is what mine say. I use shoe boxes with a 5 on the bottom
  18. I just got this one. My hubby LOVES roosters so I figured he'd like it and won't say anything about me buying it LOL. It will go in the kitchen. http://cgi.ebay.com/PUNCHED-TIN-ELEC-TART-WARMER-COPPER-PLATED-ROOSTER_W0QQitemZ4465083404QQcategoryZ46266QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting
  19. Do you use tarts in your's or oil? I am looking at one on Ebay and she says to use oil in it
  20. I have seen these but was afraid of the melted wax being that close to the outlet. Is the bowl deep?
  21. What kind of electric ones do you have?
  22. What kind of warmers does everyone use? Tealight or Electric? I have been using a little crock on a jar warmer but want something different. I like the crock/warmer in the bathrooms but want something different for the Kitchen. LR I have to use tealight, for some reason I can't smell electric in there. I think since it is open into the DR.

That is a good idea too and since unscented tealights are cheap, I buy them at Wal-mart and get the 50 pk for $2. Do you use a tealight warmer or electric?

When I make tarts, I have to make 12 to test the oil. I haven't gotten the measurement down for just making 1 or 2 tarts so I use a 1/2lb wax and make a batch.
