  3. I talked to one of the guys at Candle Science about that f/o after trying it, and he readily admitted it was a very weak scent??? Go Figure, IF you know it's weak why still carry it? :undecided

I'm not sure which oil to sub out.... anyone? The ingredients are: 4% grapeseed oil 4% sunflower oil 2% avocodo oil (for oily skin sub a lighter oil) 2% meadowfoam oil I was thinking of subbing the avocodo oil with the squalane??? Although I don't have any meadowfoam oil yet. Any thoughts on which oil you would sub??? Thanks, Beverly
  15. Funkymonkey66 posted about having dry, cracked hands and I found the PERFECT product as my heels were SO bad I was embarassed to get a pedicure. It's called Zims CRACK Creme and its a herbal formula, may not smell all that great, BUT it definitely works as after 2 applications my heels are nice and smooth, no cracks!!! Here's the bottles description: A Miraculous herbal formula that softens, conditions, and moisturizes dry cracked thickened skin on fingers, hands, feet and elbows. The ingredients are: Glycerine, SDA-3C, Alcohol, Delonized Water, Arnica Extract, and Myrcia Oil. I tried shea butter and it just didn't help enough. I HIGHLY recommend it!!! After my bath at night I rubbed it into my heels & feet put on some house socks til bedtime (I can't sleep with hot feet), and now have nice soft feet and heels. It's kind of watery but it works!!! HTH, Beverly
  16. WaxNScents DID close down months ago, the daughter took over because her mother was too ill and within a few months closed down . I had just discovered them and maybe got to buy 3 times before she closed. Libby is where I get ALL my candle containers and LOVE the discounted prices. So far as places to go, we have plenty of casino's, tons of good places to eat, especially Youree Drive as we have SO many new places that have opened. You need to checkout the Boardwalk in Bossier, a bunch of new stores opened (Yankee Candle, new eateries, ect). I still haven't checked it out but I need to as my sis gave me a gift certificate for Christmas. I really don't get out much HTH, Beverly
  17. OMG I can't believe I'm going to own up to it......BUT ....I actually have found I LOVE Creme Brulee , now mind you when I started selling candles I HATED ALL bakery scents.... . And it's a toss up for best-seller. Neck & Neck Creme Brulee and Bird of Paradise. Beverly

  19. I don't have a "Kitchen Aid" per se, BUT I have that type of bowl mixer. My question is after making body products with the mixer do you then still use it for food stuff???? I thought that was kind of tabu? Thanks, Beverly
  20. One of my top selling scents is Ginger Peach from CS and I need to order some...I'm hoping someone can give me a review on their Baby Magic f/o? I will be using it as an equal mix with KY Snuggle Baby ( REALLY nice mix). TIA, Beverly
