  1. I blend it 75/25 with container wax and it works wonderfully - except in scnetsy warmers....I am playing with the mix to try and get it a bit softer so it melts in that warmer, too. I have tested in tea-light, electric and bulb warmers with higher than 25W bulbs. All are great. I don't use vybar.

  2. two very different candles and both are beautiful! I'm not familiar with the wax, but I find most of my 3" pillars burn well with 3/0 square braid. I'm partial to the square because I make square and octagonal rustic pillars...just my preference.

  3. I have had people confuse me with Scentsy but never ask if my melts work in their melters. I test in electric, tealight and light bulb warmers so I figured I better get a Scentsy warmer, too. I got a cheap one off ebay and put my melts in. Low and behold, it only melted a little in the center! Today at a craft show I had TWO different people ask if my melts work in a Scentsy warmer. I had to tell them no. I may have lost 2 sales today, but I didn't have permanently disappointed customers.

I will be working on my formula and hopefully can get melts I like that actually work in their warmer.

  4. I got a heavy duty 2x4 x6' shelving unit but built it side by side so I have (2) 2x4 x3' work tables with shelves underneath. I used to work at a sign company and got .020 polycarbonate to cover it. Wax scrapes right off. I have Kmart shoe racks on top that hold my prestos and little shelves for dye and "stuff". I have pics somewhere....

    found it! http://www.craftserver.com/forums/showthread.php?98983-All-cleaned-up&highlight=clean

  5. You might try CTW millworks. They have an assortment of mason jar items

that's Colonial Tin Works. I had to google them because I couldn't figure how that would work. It's actually and insert, not a lid.

found them on ebay, too, but they are electric not tealight. google mason jar tart inserts
