    What is the brand of your liquid polymer? I've used Viscopro from TDF at 2 % and it makes a very nice emulsion that is easily pumped. I would suggest cutting it back to 1% or if your scale is sensitive enough, use grams for measurement and try 1 1/2%. Kathy
