I love to soap. Candles have become a drag for me. Eventually I will be phasing them out. When the wax is gone, it's gone. Biz here is RI has been very slow this holiday season. I am doing very well with private orders but the reatailers a afraid to stock.

Last Year I poured everyday for about 12 hours from end of Sept. to First week of December. I remember so well, when I poured my last case, Amish Harvest, I couldn't smell a thing, I was covered from head to toe in wax, scent, color, I peeled my clothes off took a shower and jumped into the hot tub and balled my eyes out I was so exhausted. Not a good memory LOL

Pink Sugar is by far my best seller in body sprays.

Vanilla's sell well.

Love Spell sells well. Yuck LOL

Fruity's sell well in the summer.

Lavender, Lavender Vanilla

Then of course the dupes do very well.

I use 4786 and 6006 i love both these waxes. Oh I don't mix them.

That being said, both these waxes are the original, before they started screwing around with the formulas.

I would think they should do the inviting. Your prices should be 3 times your cost.

My customer who buys it had me call it Egyptian Romance

Did you use any additives to harden the soap. In my opinion SFIC makes the best bases. Butttttttttttttt I don't do that much mp soap. Hopefully PA will chime in here.

Carrie, 4 inch in diameter apoth, I use 2 44-24's. I pour them and once they harden up a bit , I run the heat gun around them and put them in a box for the rest of the cooling time.

In an 8 oz jelly jar I use one 44-24, the smaller the jar the worse the sink holes. So again I use a heat gun.

I also use 4786, not a single pour wax, same scenario with the heat gun. I am just cautious that there will be some air pocket around the wick.

I have yet to find a one pour wax that is truly a one pour wax. LOL,

Candles are a pain in the arse LOL

It depends on the fo, some I use 1 oz per lb. some 1/2 oz. I find that this wax does better with a cooler burning wick, like zincs. And yes you may have candle nose. I have not added vybar to 6006 or any other pre-blended container wax. I use vybar only with straight parafin, when making pillars. Hope that helps.
