HMMM Bet that got your attention I was looking at meat ballers I have a little one and it seems to be working better for me than the whole ornament thing. I was wondering what the avereage size is. I think I am going to go with the egg crate idea that was mentioned in another post so what size meat baller would you get to get bath bombs that size ???

I think I might have got it I'll know for sure in the morning .... I used 1/2 a two inch one and you could feel the oil in the tub is it suppose to be like that ??

I really don't mind helping people but I'm not a huge fan of people e-mailing me on my website and asking me how to duplicate my buisness

Sometimes I do give the name of my suppliers. For example, when someone asks where I get my candle jars, I tell them the name of the place. The catch is that you have to buy in bulk from them. Got room for a pallet (300 cases) of jars?

I'm so mean ... But I do buy in bulk to save.

LOL I though about telling them I would be more than happy to hook them up with the oil at twice the price I paid. I'm thinking that these people don't know what they are doing because the scents in question are carried by very few suppliers but if you google them they pop up. If you are just looking for the scent it's not hard to find. If you are asking me exactly which supplier I preffer now thats rude

I think I need to try the Witch Hazel I haven't tried that yet so maybe that wold help will have to go find some citric today and let you all know I like the idea of the Milk too gives it a little extra something.

i sell my bath bombs naked at craft shows, however when i get an order for them that is to be delivered i package a single bomb in a small poly bag with a bow and label on the bag. for my four and six pack bath bombs i sell them in the egg cartons. i have to agree with everyone else, they surely sell extremely well naked,

where do you find egg crates at ??? sorry I'm not sure I've seen them anywhere.

Never tried the base but you can make an amazing scrub with just sugar and glycerin I think it's a lot better than the oil scrubs too. I bet it's really good

the one I used was roughly

1cup baking soda

1/2 cup epson salt

1/2 cup cornstarch

1/2 cup citric acid

1tbs melted shea

1 1/2 tbs oil

1/2 tbs fragrance

3tps water

colorant

the recipie called for wilton food coloring but that didn't work with out the water and I stated omiting the water so I was using Oxides for color. the biggest problem I had was they marshmellowed on me after a few hours.I have both the ornaments and a meat baller .... I am interested in the alchohol method. I live in AZ so we don't have too much humidity.

anyone know where you can get this in diffret colors ?? I want tomake those tiaras for little girls at fairs and such and am having the dangest time finding this stuff with any sort of selection

I think it's diffrent when you guys ask .... most of you already have the suppliers bookmarked it's not like I'm giving you the keys to the Porsche. I tell my customers where to get the oil why in hells bells would they still be my customers ??

I have been asked to make bath bombs My last couple trys at this have been a disaster. I need someone who understands whats going on to help me out !! You don't have to give me any trade secrets just need someone to help me figure out what I'm doing wrong

Lately I have had several customers ask me where I get my oils from and if they can use the perfume roll-ons to make other products. I usually tell them that It wouldn't be a good Idea because I add other oils to the roll ons to make them a good strength for the skin. I can't imagine why they would expect that I would tell them exactly where to get the supplies to duplicate my products !! I am just wondering if the rest of you have people ask you who your suppliers are etc... I guess it just amazes me that people would ask that question Isn't it kinda rude ??

well up until now I have used USPS but I think that fed-ex is cheaper if you are going cross country. I just got an account with them and so far they were cheaper 4 out of 5 times HTH

I was starting to get really irritated and a little peeved because I was really looking forward to putting these on my site. well this morning I open my website e-mail and there is a message from him saying he can't get ahold of me I went and looked at my Juno address and sure enough he had responded 8 times and it had been sending it to the trash the guy actually took the time to find my contact information on my web site.... sometimes I guess it really is a big mix up
