I ordered the 3" and the 4". I have knocked over a very large 3" dome shaped mold (the mess was unbelieveable). Luckily I'm in the garage and not the kitchen.

I wish Just Scents would make color suggestions for their scents too - I like that Peak's does.

Do you generally use more FO in paraffin than you do in soy?

Do any of you use Peak's Lavendar? If so, do you usually just 1 oz per poundor less. I think on the Peak's site it says 1/4 pp.

What I've been doing is getting recommendations of what people like on here and then going for it and ordering a lb. I haven't gone wrong yet. I've been ordering from Peak's and now Just Scents. I did order the ones that were on sale though. I ordered a bunch from Peaks for Christmas. It is so much fun!!!

When you order from JS does Becky usually e-mail you when she sends out the order? I ordered a bunch on Monday and still haven't gotten an e-mail saying it was shipped????

It seems kind of expensive to me because you could get the sale FOs 1 lb. for 10.95. That was a better sale in my opinion. Of course the new ones were included in that.

I 4th the 4 oz. sampler. I don't like to order 1 oz. samples so I usually just order a pound of what sounds good to see if I like it. If I don't, I'll just use it to test and be done with it. I don't like having all these 1 oz. samples around.

hahahaha I ordered from Peaks Co-Op last week and Just Scents this week. Had the Just Scents ordered sent to my office. I also ordered from Pourette (new molds), Candlechem, mold and odds and ends, ... I need to make candles and quit ordering for awhile.

hahaha - I can definitely see why you would want to avoid the site. I ordered 10 FOs on sale and I ordered I think 8 from Peaks last week. No more FOs for awhile. I can't wait to get them. I got the sale dates from the FAQ part so you are probably right and it is until Friday (it does not say that it is a short sale on the page. Thanks for your help. I just didn't want to miss the sale, $10.95 for 1 lb. FOs is a great price and she is paying half the shipping too.

Can you tell me how Just Scents sales work. Do they go Saturday until Monday (3 days) or Saturday until the following Monday? I'm confused. TIA

I'm go excited. I got some new molds and a few other things. I can't wait to try these. One of the molds is a 6 x 6.5 (3 wick) round metal mold. It looks huge. I didn't realize how big it would be. Has anyone used one of these?

Thanks I ordered the ice cube trays. Do you put mold release on the trays? Do you just use regular wax? Are they easy to get out of the trays? TIA

What do you use to make the chunk hearts? You mean the chucks instead of being square are heart shaped? I was wanting to do this. TIA
