Does anyone sell at outdoor events in the summer? I'm wondering what happens to products when they are outside. Does anything melt? Moisture develop in the containers? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

I've been searching but can't find those clamshell boxes for the aquarium melt & pour soaps. It's the bar of soap with the fish & piece of greenery in it. Copied the directions from this sight but can't find the boxes. Can anyone help? Thanks

While cleaning out a cupboard today I realized that the powdered milk (from grocery store) I used at Christmas time was beyond the sale date when I used it in a bath product. I gave it to family & friends & I know some tried it but I don't know about all of them. Is this a cause for concern? Thanks

Can I get product liability insurance without having a business? A friend has offered to sell some of my B&B products with her crafts. I've only given them to friends & don't want to let her try selling them without having insurance but this is very small scale & I don't think I'm ready to have a business & all that it involves. Thanks for any answers.

I am new to B&B products and have been doing a lot of internet searching but sometimes it is confusing and as everyone knows, time consuming! I barely left the computer the first weekend I found this site! Unfortunately I just read through many posts & didn't take notes. I'm wondering where most people got their info (recipes, what different ingredients do to products, etc) when they first began their journey into B&B products. Can anyone suggest a couple of books that might be useful? I've seen some nice soap making books but am looking more toward lotions & other items. Thank you for any help. It is so kind of everyone on this board to share the wealth of knowledge that is here!

I am so overwhelmed by all of the scents. Have my supplies ready but just can't decide on the scents to use. I've asked friends to sample & still can't decide which scents to begin with. I'll be using these in shower gel, body spray & m&p soap for now. Am wondering how many scents some of you experienced people keep in your line of products. Thanks you so much for any input.
